I would give this 5 stars. but the delivery process was a nightmare. Otherwise The workbench is great I was especially pleased to see that when you lift the top up, there are some great full length bins over the drawers that are great for holding long rulers and levels. I suspected they would be there from the pictures online, but wasn't sure. I just wish they included some soft mats for these bins. I actually got my 6' level in there , but the top would not loser completely` One note, I still have not tried lifting the tip with it loaded. The pallet was custom built to support the workbench with the installed wheels about 1/4" above the ground. I was worried and wondering how I would get it off the pallet, but the pallet easily disassembled with hex head bit or an allen wrench. GREAT PALLET! and I got some great connection hardware after disassembling it which only took 10-15 minutes. Now the real challenge, trying to figure out what tools to put in put in which drawer.

Great product. Love this box and all its features. More then enough room for all my tools plus more. Matte black finish looks great. No slam drawers are great and I love the power strip with USB ports. Great great toolbox for the price definitely. Dont need to spend all that on Snap on or Matco.

Great box! Heavier than i expected...and room galore! Great by itself, or with additional boxes to complete my space needs for all of my tools.

This is a major upgrade to my garage workshop. Drawers and top lift mechanism function smoothly. Lots of storage options. Raising the top made it easy yo mount a vise. (Make sure that the vise mounting bolts, nuts and washers do not interfere with metal structure parts when the top is fully lowered.) It would be helpful if there were unpacking instructions and a straight Allen wrench that can be mounted in a drill chuck.With the provided L shaped wrench, it will be a tedious job to unscrew the 12 bolts holding the pallet together. If you don't have one, cut off the long side of the L shaped wrench.

I'm impressed with the quality for the price. I know some people complain of the damage on delivery. But even snap on makes those mistakes. Mine came in perfect. Seems to hold a fairly decent amount of weight. I've loaded it up pretty good. The top wood table seems pretty solid and raises at least a foot. My only complaint was the mats would slide around when closing the drawers. But nothing to cry over, a little spray adhesive cures that. Drawer space is great.

This tool box looks great! Very little assembly required, I just put the handle on and the drawer liners. The table top goes up, slowly. I put a 10mm allen key in my drill and it goes up and down much faster now. There is storage space under the table top as well. There are separate locks for the upper set of drawers and lower set. Rolls smoothly, even with all my tools in it. The table top it very nice, I wish it was a little deeper. The external outlets are great for quick access and charging inside the box while locked but my Milwaukee battery charger is too tall to charge a battery in the top drawer.

High quality materials. Packaged very well so no damage was done to the tool box. Precut liners fit exactly. Drawers are removable to lighten weight

I haven't had the box long but I love it so far. Although it has too many shallow drawers but I manage with them just fine. The adjustability of the top is fantastic. When you raise the top , there is additional storage... but... could use to be a bit deeper by an additional 1-2 inches. A stainless top option would be great as well. Color options would be a good thing to. Bottom line it's not a bad box at all for the price. Just needs a few upgrades and some options and or additions. G. Colpitts

Easy to assemble (especially since it came pre-assembled) other than the 4 bolts to attach the handle. Utilized the space under the top for my pry bars and large whenches. Plenty of drawer space to organize my tools. The men at the diesel mechanic shop, where I work, were really impressed, not only with the features and size, but at the price I bought it for. Nice job with this Husky box!

Soon as I got it, I loved it. All the other techs marvel over it and one guy already has an order in for one too. Best buy for a box. Dont got on the truck, go to home depot!

I love the adjustable bench height, it's a topic of conversation in my shop. The powder coated finish hides finger prints really well and seems quite durable. The castor's are a decent grade and the brakes work well but at least one set needs a swivel lock because moving the box from job to job is a pain in the rear as the box "dog walks" while pushing it around and can collide whith objects in the shop. I did not get all the hardware that was supposed to come with the box like the crank handle and the cord wrap guides, but a quick call to customer service resolved the issue quickly and got the parts in a week. HD has a lot of negative reviews because of shipping issues in transit. Check your order over and be through. My box was well packed and in mint condition. I love it!

Just picked this up yesterday, since it's not carried in stores I had it shipped to my local store where I had it unboxed and was able to make sure it was just what I wanted. This also allowed me to make sure there was no damage from shipping, if there had been I could have just returned it right then and there without having to deal with return shipping. I have to say I'm impressed, the soft close drawers are great and work even better with some weight in them. I honestly have no complaints and feel that this is the best value in this size box on the market. As you can see from my picture that it's a lot more black than their pictures show but I don't mind. I am using this as more of a base tool chest and though I'll never use the feature of the lifting top it was able to lift my fully loaded top box without any issue.

Bought this to replace a full size mechanics tool box. I was looking for something that was large but didn't have the height that most toolboxes have. This one fit the bill exactly. Had it shipped to store as some reviewers suggested to make sure there wasn't any shipping damage. The store associates were very helpful in loading into my truck. Taking the boxing and packaging off took a little bit of time but its a good thing which ensured it was packaged and shipped securely. The drawers are smooth and the slow close feature is nice. The crank to raise the table top is nice as well. You can store rarely used large items in there. One recommendation I have is to get rubber mat of some sort to protect the tablet top. Bonus it comes with draw mats that keep items from sliding around. Solid product all around

I went to the store to pick up the Husky 72" tool box, they were not able to load it with the forklift. They wound up unpacking it outside the store and everything was in pristine condition. I made sure all the drawers operated correctly some not as smooth as the others but they did work. Got the box home and the next day it was packed with tools. I love the soft close drawer feature especially if the drawers are filled with heavy tools they don't slam shut like most tool boxes do that have ball bearing slides.I love the crank up top with tool storage space underneath, no wasted space in this tool box. The only thing I would like to see is a top box that matches with lots of drawers.All in all like the powder coat industrial finish. I actually had to reinforce my floor in my shed with 3/4" plywood. Very heavy box empty.

I read the horror stories about these things being damaged upon delivery, especially when delivered to your house. Guess I got lucky because mine arrived in excellent shape. The drawers feel great and the casters are very sensitive to the slightest nudge. The thing moves easily. Maybe that’s because I’m used to 12 year old Harbor Freight stuff. Anyway, I did mount a Harbor Freight vase to the top. Word of caution, though, watch where you drill. I ended up using carriage bolts to secure the vice and when I lined everything up for measurements I didn’t consider the fact that the bolts stick through the bottom of the bench top and if you drill too closely to the front edge of the bench, you’ll impede the bench tops ability to sit flush. Remember this is a raisable bench top and you’ll raise it up to drill it. However make sure that when you go to lower it, any bolts/nuts don’t impede it closing...like mine. I’ll live with it, it’s not a big deal. I have a 1/4 gap now but no biggie. I’m very pleased with it and would buy again!

This tool box is great. Could use some more depth drawers but it works great! I would recommend to anyone and will definitely consider buying another in the future to have two of them. Will be buying a husky matte black 54 Inch to complete this amazing box

I was very excited to receive this tool box dues to features and quantity of the drawers. The first box i received was badly damaged by the freight company. It took over a month to receive the replacement but HD stand behind their product and came through with the replacement. The drawers closes nicely with ball bearing and slowly shut all the way. The husky liners looks very nice and functional. The top bench adjustment is very easy with the handle came with the box. The built in outlet and USB ports is very nice feature. Easy to maneuver around the garage with the six big wheels. The powder coating paint makes the box looks rigid with the smooth wood bench top. Could not be more happier with this toolbox regardless the issues and trouble I had with the freight company. HD support is awesome.

Very nice workbench with a lot of features. Workbench was shipped to me on wood skid with bench protected by plastic, Styrofoam and a cardboard box. I was able to remove the skid without lifting the up the workbench. The wheels just dropped to the floor as I removed the individual skid boards. Nice coating on unit and a great looking hardwood top. Workbench surface can be raised to the right height for your work. With 80-90 pounds on top, the surface can be raised easily and will stay at that position. Comes with drawer liners and 2 separate locks, 1 for the top 1/3 of drawers and the other for the lower 2/3's. With tools on top, the unit weighs some 700 pounds and I was able to move it around. Negatives are that if you use the bench for benchtop tools like a sander, there is no clean way to bring the power cords to the built-in power strip (plus 2. USB ports). There is no backstop that can prevent hardware and drill bits from rolling off the back. Workbench is a little expensive but if you like your tools organized and are serious about woodworking or mechanical projects, I'd take a long look at this workbench.

After reading reports of shipping damage, I decided to ship mine to the store first. Glad I did as the first one suffered minor shipping damage. Home Depot did a fantastic job in getting me a replacement with no hassles. The new box is great and a bargain at $1100. for a 72" box of this weight. The soft close drawers are smooth and sturdy. I can't imagine when I'll ever use the adjustable top, but it's handy for long item storage underneath. My only wish, is for more than one 3/4 width drawer.

My Husky 72 in. 18-Drawer Mobile Workbench with Adjustable-Height Top I requested on February 14th was delivered just before 8pm on March 15th. I saw someone in my driveway & went outside to see what was going on. The guy had the box unloaded but it was setting on the end instead of on the pallet. The pallet was damaged very badly. The guy helped me tip it over so it was on the pallet. I'm glad I was home because no one sent me any shipping information. My wife & I removed all the covering from the toolbox in the dark & removed the broken pallet. I was surprised that the toolbox only had a little damage. I guess I will live with it. This toolbox is built very strong. All the drawers work perfectly & close easily. The top raises up & down, this will sure be handy while working in the garage on projects. Also under the top there is storage for long tools. I really like this. It came with nice drawer liners too. Most anyone would be proud to own this toolbox.I gave the toolbox a 5 star rating. I would give the shipping delivery a rating of 1.

Even though it took a little over a week to receive this box on special order, it was well worth the wait! Being 72" this box is large and heavy, it took forklifts to get this up and out of my pickup truck even though on the box it says 2 person lift, please do not try. Every comes assembled and ready. Cons: - It came with shipping damage, please check this product when you receive it. This was easily resolved for me by the Home Depot Customer Service Team, when I called them they provided excellent customer service and easily came up with a solution. -The adjustable wooden top raises to slow. When adjusting the wooden top you have to use the handle shown in the picture. When using it personally it takes too long to fully open the top and too close it. -Wooden top can dent, scratch, and stain. If you work in a technician shop like I do, with everyday use of setting things on top of it. Those things will happen, but it has been holding up very well for the 3+ weeks Ive been having it. Pros: -Easy to roll around once on the ground -Lots of drawer space and room -Power outlet included -Adjustable wooden top which includes more storage space underneath it -Box is very sturdy and heavy duty -Drawers are very strong and can support on one of of the middle drawers my body weight, Im 196lb (not reccommeded) -Rough paint coating is very nice finish -Soft close feature is on every drawer (a plus), which most top brands do not have.

Six Stars! Unexpected (positive) consequences! First off let me say I am impressed with the overall quality of this workbench/tool box. And it looks good - really good. Talk about tool box envy! The top is nicely finished hardwood - so nice you will want to make sure you have some scrap mdf to cover it for those nasty jobs. The drawers are ball bearing and rated to 100lbs and have a self close feature that actually works - nice and smooth. All of the drawers are lockable and come with drawer liners that cushion tools but don't seem so soft that they would tear up easily. The frame has a nice powder coat finish and rolls smothly on casters which can be locked. Closed the top of the bench measures 38 inches which is quite confortable for me. The top will raise via a crank - again incredibly smooth - revealing more storage - perfect for things like track saw tracks. There are 6 outlets and 2 USB ports. I have a bunch of red tools, blue tools, yellow tools, some great orange tools and even some german green tools I received as a gift. You can put this work bench up to any one of these colorful tool manufacturers and it is going to hold its own. Knocked it out of the park on this one! And here is the killer - my wife who is not the biggest fan of my tools - absolutely loves this work bench. She actually wants me to get another one! That is really saying something - kudos Home Depot.

This is a great tool chest that can hold an amazing amount of tools and accessories. Very heavy duty with large soft touch drawers. It came pre-assembled and ready to use, only had to put the provided mats in their own drawers. If you have the room for this, I highly recommend it.

No its not snap on but 1/8 the price of a tool truck box this size and more then enough for my house its great for a large amounts of tools

I have the snap-on KRL 1000 series which is their top of the line toolbox. The epic series claims to be better but it is not. This husky triple bank tool box is one step below KRL quality. My honest review on this toolbox is excellent bang for your buck. I will be purchasing another one soon.

I love the stainless-steel top. It was built very heavy duty. I wish it had more drawers.
