Sent back did not work one to ispring the other to Home Depot purchase Apex MR-5075P was pretreated at Apex and made in USA works great and more water pressure. I spring work for one hour each & shut down!

Love my RO system and love that it even send the most delicious water to my fridge! Unfortunately there was a defective part when I received it and this was causing a leak. FORTUNATELY, iSpring Customer service is phenomenal! Nick shipped the part and even added a water bottle as a gift. Also, this is my 3rd iSpring RO unit. 3 different houses over the last 15 years. I won't live without one and I won't go to another brand.

Reverse osmosis system to refrigerator was simple. Read instructions FIRST. Connect quick coupling to R/O system. Flush the line. Connect to fitting at rear of refrigerator. 1/2 hour process.

Good enough for my installation. I have only one question, product label says different length on website but when I received the product it was shorter than written label.

The main reason I choose ISPRING over other brands is their replacement filters cost the least. Since I knew I’d be in charge of filling the gallon jugs and containers for coffee, tea, cooking, etc. I choose this specific model because of the high flow rate to save time. I timed it and the time it takes to fill an empty 1 gallon milk jug is 1 minute, 30 seconds. Before installing this RO System my water was testing at 796PPM and after installation I tested the water from the fridge and ISPRING spout and I get a consistent reading of 81PPM from both. The ice cubes don’t smell anymore and actually taste good. I did have a Plumber install it and it took him about 2-hours and cost more than the RO system did, but worth it for us. The water now tastes similar to bottled water. The wife loves not having to buy and lug bottled water every week. Bottled water doesn’t cost that much but adds up over time so it does save a little money every week. Wish I’d done this much sooner. Though I would like to see a light or sound to indicate when the filters need changing I am very happy with this purchase.

The online instructions for set up was accurate and simple to follow. I installed myself The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there was a leak in the alkaline filter. Not a big deal, I just removed this stage and it works great.

Brass fitting was perfect fit to water inlet for fridge connection, the push fit Tee made it to slice into the faucet line, and the shutoff valve was a bonus! Generous length of 1/4” tubing was included. Took under 30 mins to install! I give a thumbs up and 5 stars!

The RO system was easy to install and has performed above my expectations. The difference in the water quality is amazing.

This is what you need in order to connect your R.O to your fridge's ice-maker, the TEE is nice because you don't have to spend the extra cash on a more expensive quick-fit. The hose was long enough to route under the sink, through the basement ceiling into an access behind the fridge. Also, no nasty rubber/plastic taste with this.

I find this is the best kit in the market by offering easy installation, clear manual instructions, no leaks after two months of use and fair price compared to other options I've seen in store. It's an online item only when I bought it. Highly recommended.
