We were planning to paint the stand when we got the piece but after seeing the quality and pretty wood we left it as is. We did not even stain it. We are very impressed at the quality and look of the furniture. It was also easy to put together!

Missing some hardware, but received replacements within a week. One support bracket assembled wrong. Other than that, very happy.

Quality craftsmanship. Directions could have been a little clearer about the way the front and back matter in the end for the placement of the back panel. I stained the pieces before putting together, 2 different colors, it looks quite nice. I would post a picture if I could.

I love this TV stand! Great solid wood, I did whitewash it seal it after it was together, I wish I had treated the wood before putting it together. But I was nervous about the assembling of it. But it was so easy! I was able to do it alone, with some pillows and books to hold things in place. I love the look of it and the quality is great. It was so easy to finish and assemble, definity glad I got this piece!

This tv console is great it looks really good in our living room and matched our existing end tables wonderfully.

This is the first time that we purchased an international concepts item. We were looking for something made of solid wood that was reasonably priced. We've had great experiences with HD, so we thought we would give it a try. It was worth every penny. Great product! The assembly was very easy!

We purchased this t v stand through Home Depot. The package was so heavy that we could hardly get it in the house! The package was not in great shape from the shipping. Despite that, we put the item together. When we got to the last piece, it was apparent that the back would not go on as the side pieces appeared to have been predrilled incorrectly. We returned the piece to Home Depot and could not have more pleased with the way they handled our issue. While there, we ordered a second one. It arrived two days later. There was a little damage to the box, but all the contents were in good shape. Having gone through this assembly once, the final assembly was relatvely easy. HINT: do not tighten all screws completely until assembly is complete. The t v stand is beautiful and it is a quality piece of furniture. It is the perfect size for the new television we had bought. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a forever piece of furniture that should last a lifetime. The style is just what we were looking for, and the side compartments hold a lot of media accessories. We love our new International Concepts television stand! Home Depot is definitely the place to purchase almost anything from. Not only do they offer anything one would need for home projects, but furniture as well. Customer service could not have been better!!!

Very good overall. Simple, straightforward assembly. All wood. Nicely finished, but is darker than photos, think of espresso beans. Be careful not to over tighten the fasteners as they will loosen and pull out- learned the hard way! Good product, recommended!

The price was reasonable for what appears to be hardwood. I found it a little too easy to scratch when gently sliding in a CD Changer that I have. This furniture has a relatively strong odor initially. If you are bothered by this sort of odor, I recommend assembling it in the garage and leaving it there for a couple of weeks.

Purchased this with low expectations. I previously bought the International Concepts unfished tv stand and was unhappy. This arrived well packaged and in great condition. It went together easily and is a solid piece of furniture. Highly recommend!

On arrival the assembly looked difficult. However one you got "into it" it was actually easy, the instructions could be better. The overall quality is excellent, all solid wood, no compressed board or particle board, all of the connection joints are hidden. A gem for the money.
