This flooring is crap. The lips where they join together start to crack after a few months. It’s all I see when walking through my house now. At first there were only a few spots that were cracked and I just assumed it was from not having the joints lined up perfectly when installing, but months later nearly every joint is cracking. I’m dreading to see what it’s like after a few years, will probably need replacing. Spend the extra money and get better quality.

this flooring is cracking and lifting. my son refuses to install the rest do to it's poor quality

The product has nice colors and characteristics and fairly easy to lay but out of 47 box about 920 square feet I found 2 boxes that were defective the ends would not snap in to the other end right left almost a 1/8 of a inch gap found first box after about 20 boxes was able to use as wall cuts but second box was the last box couldn't use had to return and should be getting the replacement box soon, not stock in store, but overall beautiful flooring good quality no ya'll are wrong don't send me anymore surveys plus I will take my business elsewhere

We installed the flooring, not two weeks later it’s popping and cracking, shattering into tiny pieces. Which cut my family’s feet. Took it back the extra boxes we were going to install in our living room to Home Depot, and was told they couldn’t do anything for us, told us to try to sell it, then told us to just leave it in the parking lot. I’m so very upset, it was a delay to get contractors to come install, then I couldn’t get help to return it because of COVID. I’m still paying off a product that was completely faulty. Do not buy this product.

Do not buy I laid the floor in my kitchen laundry room and living room it is now popping up and the top is peeling off. I contacted the manufacturer and they said so sorry will send you a box. With this manufacturer there is no such thing is I warranty.

This flooring is amazing. I staryed by jist getting enough to do my living room and kitchen but when i got those done i had to buy more yo do both my bathrooms. Its Easy to put down but kinda easy to break the edges that lock together. Once its down it looks like real hard wood and cleans with easy. I bought a bona mop and it cleans the floors with no problem.

Easy install. Durable against water. Works perfect for my situation.

I purchased this product for a rental property as I had to have the tile bathroom floor torn out to replace all plumbing lines. This house was built in 1928 and has hardwoods through out. I was just purchasing this planking for the convience of waterproof flooring. In the picture you can see the hardwood and the vinyl flooring it matched up pretty nicely. You can see a little of the hardwood near the doorway. My renter loves it!

Looked great for the fist 5-6 months but then all the interlocking joints began breaking apart and planks began to shift apart. This is likely due to poor design of the interlocking system. If the overlap of joints were wider perhaps this would not occur.

Beautiful, easy to install, a little thinner Th a I expected.

We used this in the basement, turned out great. Our 5 dogs are terrible on our hardwoods upstairs so we will be doing the upstairs with this also. VERY happy with how they turned out.

It definitely is not a dark gray... lots of warm brownish tones. It was difficult to get started as we laid it down and not as "tuff" as they describe; very brittle. I pray that the floor lives up to it's heat and water resistance! (the reason we purchased this brand!!!)

It's an ash gray. Looks good. Quiet to walk on. I mixed it with "Stagecoach" and "Gunstock" for a variated pattern.

Very happy with my overall experience. Product was in good condition and installed flawlessly. Shipped on time to correct location and all updates were accurate. I plan on ordering my future flooring the same way.

Love it, looks good and was easy to put down. It compliments many colors, light and dark.

This flooring turned out beautifully in our home. We did put an underlay and I would suggest that. The colors are great, it looks like real aged wood.

We love this flooring. It is put down right on top of old sheet vinyl. Not underlayment needed either.

Love the flooring...it ends there. I ordered 15 boxes, traveled 350 miles to Vermont to install in a rental unit, had over three boxes that had damaged corners, was only able to use one of them, took two boxes to HD and returned them, then went to order another box to finish job - no longer available online (stores don't carry this product). I am mad. I now have a floor that is about 90% finished and unable to complete. I originally bought about 18% extra for waste but that apparently was not enough. Whole issue was because the manufacturer inadequately packaged the flooring. There was absolutely no corner protection in the corners of the boxes and all damaged planks were from corner damage. Please note: none of the boxes appeared damaged on the outside so this would make it NOT Home Depot's fault with handling. I would never buy this manufacturers flooring again as they have no clue how to ship a product.

While i had some trouble getting the first few rows started, once i got the hang of it, it was pretty easy to install! It looks terrific! Now to tackle the rest of the house!! I would recommend this floorng!

Don't waste your money! Just over 1200 square feet we purchased as part of our remodel. Sub floors were cleared of all nails and staples, underlayment as directed by the manufacturer and installed properly. The new floor was covered with Ram Board prior to drywall, cabinets ECT. We are about 4 months into the floor and there are at least 12 end joints that are broken. All in traffic area. This is a garbage product period.

Color isn’t anything like the picture!

I absolutely love the look the big problem that I have with this product is the thickness. Total thickness is 4mm that is incredibly thin it also says that it has an under flooring the thickness of this is as thick as a piece of paper. The connection joints are very fragile and will brake or crack over a very short amount of time.

It’s really been too short a time to tell but something did fall on it and make a little chip so not sure. I love the way it looks and the ease of cleaning. Somehow the tile got sent to the store instead of my home and we had to pick it up.(elderly people, 1 hour away). Most of the store employees were very good and we had extra which we returned and it was great.

Floor was cracking at joints within a year. Planks are just too thin to withstand any traffic - surface still looks nice, but cracks and splits all over the place

But add said it came with attached pad which it did not
