I purchased this chair in December of 2021. Today the welding at the base cracked and the chair failed. I use the chair daily but have never used it in a way that would warrant the weld to fail.

I got this to go with my son's Harry Potter room and he loves it. Very elegant.

I use this 5 days a week about 6 hours a day. You need cushion, the seat is uncomfortable and hard as cardboard, which it probably is underneath the cheap foam. There is already an indent after 4 months of use, for about $180 I am not sure how much longer it will last. I was hoping to use this for a few years because its so cute with my desk and rug, but the quality of the seat is sub par. The fabric is soft and beautiful. I am 5'2'' and I use this on the lowest so my feet can touch the floor.

I was so excited about this chair, but it was unfortunately very cheaply made. Did not support a 140lb adult. Broke in less than 24 hours. Very disappointed!

Beautiful, pretty color, soft fabric & easy to assemble BUT NOT comfortable at all. Seat cushion started to sink in. Arm placement not ideal if you want to bring your chair toward your desk. After 21/2 months I returned it. So disappointing :(

There is not doubt this is a beautiful chair, and the assembly was a breeze, however, the quality is very disappointing. I had a big and tall lazboy that was 10yrs old and wore out, was very excited to find a chair advertised as "big and tall" but with some style, alas I was wrong. Have used the chair for only 3 days and the fabric is already pulling and there are literally impressions in the foam on the bottom cushion. I would surely recommend for someone who occasionally works at a desk and is very light in weight. I threw the box away or this would surely be returned. Maybe I can sell and use the proceeds for a REAL office chair

The chair came on time I really love it and it was really easy to put together, that’s saying a lot for me because I usually don’t put things together but it was so simple. The chair is comfortable and looks great in my room.

I got the chair in charcoal and am so happy with it. It looks so much better in person than on the website- looks and feels luxurious!

I received this chair a few days ago for my home office. It was very quick and easy to put together. It is so beautiful and super comfortable. I have sat in it all day and my back feels great which is not the case in my office at work. So happy with my purchase!

This chair is the cutest. It’s comfortable, seems good-quality, arrived in good shape, and I really love it. The *only* thing is that ivory was a bad choice b/c I already got a pen mark on it, but oh well.

Fabric color good (teal) but fabric quality poor with crease lines all over the back that are visible. Wheels cheap plastic with sluggish rolling. Was hoping for a nice cozy quality chair. Tired of cheap peeling pleather. Everything a trade off these days I guess.
