I ordered this ceiling fan twice and some of the screws were missing from one and the fan housing was bent on both of them.

I purchased this in may after installation, the fan was not working properly, something was wrong with the remote and the Fan motor I called HomeDepot and my remote and motor was replace ASAP I was really impress on how fast I got the replacement

Read the assembly instructions Home Depot provides in the product description before you order this product! Pros: It is a nice looking fan, runs quietly, provides good lighting and generates pretty good windflow in the 14' x 13' room it was installed. Cons: (1) The directions are terrible! It is very obvious they were originally written in Chinese and then terribly translated into something they think is English. The dozens of spelling mistakes and screwed up tenses give it away. (2) Make sure you read the entire directions and assemble what you can ahead of time on the floor. (ie lighting fixture to motor) (3) Make sure you use LED lights, because it is going to be extremely difficult to change a lightbulb when it burns out. The three screws to remove the piece holding the crystals are very difficult to reach. (4) My fan fan blades were not machined properly and did not fit into any of the blade arms. I was also missing 4 washers. Our local Home Depot manager and Jonathon Y both helped us out and we received the correct parts within a week.

Very pretty fan and light.

This was the hardest fan that I have ever put up. The directions were horrible and the way that you have to put the crystals on and attach the light kid is a horrible design. When it is time to change the bulbs I think we will just get a new fan. Ridiculous. The crystals have to be attached to each ring then attached to the fixture. It took me 2 hours to do the crystals to the rings alone.

This light is beautiful. It really takes my bedroom remodel to a new level. The install was easy as it replaced another light. I love every about it. It’s as beautiful as it was on the product page. I chose this over several others.

The lamp is beautiful. It’s difficult to install but totally worth it.

Looks great! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nicer ceiling fan. It was not hard to put together, and the remote for the fan is a plus.

Beautiful, not too bright light. Remote is great. If I was to have a downside, it would be that the blades are a little on the thin side. Overall this is quite a stunning piece.
