We replaced our elongated toilet with this round one. In our small, tight bathroom, this round bowl saves several inches of prime real estate giving us enough clearance to install a glass shower door that opens outward. I was surprised that a wax ring with hardware was included, however, my husband preferred installing a REINFORCED wax ring. The installation was easy, and our after-market bidet still fit. We prefer this single handle flush over our old 2 push buttons on the lid. The flush of the toilet bowl has good swirl and emptying. The toilet and seat are sturdy and are the right height for us (5’5”). A large person might want a larger seat or perhaps that is my perception having changed from a large elongated bowl to a round bowl.

The bathroom where this is installed has a small area for the tub and toilet. That is why a round front toilet made sense to provide a couple more inches where the door swings into that space. The unit comes very well packed with everything but a water connection hose that you will need for installation. If you are doing a DIY replacement of a standard height toilet, it is probably best to just get a new connection hose and one that is long enough to reach this unit, which is about 2 inches longer than standard height. I happened to have one of correct length on hand. Installation is straightforward if you have done this before. I used the standard wax ring supplied and had no issues with leaks. Tank attaches to the bowl with 2 bolts while some Kohler units use 3 in a triangular pattern. No problems with leaks there either if you just follow instructions. The slow-close seat works well. Some people have commented that it is plastic, but even my $400 one-piece Santa Rosa from Kohler is about the same construction. I like these thin lids while some people don’t. They clean easily and the slow-close function will probably work better for many more years with lighter seat and lid. The water level adjustment was perfect right out of the box, and I did not have splashing issues that some people mentioned in reviews. (They might have a venting issue but hard to tell.) Tank lid fits nicely and the overall finished unit is attractive with a powerful swirling flush thanks to the under-rim flush jets. The glaze on the unit is flawless and the bowl base sat evenly on the floor. Just about everything you could want in a toilet from my perspective. Now all I need is a new camera/phone for better pictures.

This was my first time installing a toilet. After watching some You Tube videos, decided to take a stab at it. Had no problems with this toilet. Its ben about 2 weeks now ,and love it. Already looking to get another one for downstairs bathroom. One thing I'm glad I did is purchase of a heavier wax ring and a wood slow close seat. The seat that comes with toilet is plastic. If u don't mind ,than no need to purchase another one.

Opened the box and took out the tank and it’s cracked. I have to take it back.

The seat squeaks a bit; could be just because it's new.

Someone had opened the boxes and took parts needed for the installation of the toilets. So disappointing, especially when the salesman said” once opened you cannot return the product”.

Kohler toilet was an easy install after trying to fix a 25 year old toilet. There is an improvement over oolder toilets.

The toilet works well when flushed and stays fairly clean.

The tank was cracked and I had to go back to store to get a new one while my plumber was waiting. Please email me and I would like to see if I can get some kind of discount on the unit.

I bought this product based on the brand name and the "power flush". I installed the toilet and it has a slow leak/fill. I adjusted the float and used some online "tips" for this type of problem and it is still filling without stopping. Don't buy a Kohler toilet.

Picked up the product at the store. It was given to me all ready on a dolly to haul to my car. It was packaged well. No damage was found. All of the parts were there with the flushing mechanism already pre-installed. Being a DIY’er, it was easy for me to put it together. I’m impressed by Kohlers rev 360 design idea and the cylindrical flushing mechanism. It vigorously swirls just enough water around the bowl, elliminating the waste while cleaning the bowl entirely during the process. I only have one observation to share. We needed a small commode because of the limited space we had in this particular bathroom, and this unit is one of the smallest available. We’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. Because of the minimal use of water and the shape and size of the exit funnel, it tends to clog up if we use too much toilet paper with abnormally large stool waste. Just be aware of that and keep a plunger somewhere nearby just in case. Or if you have the space, just get a larger unit. We have Kohler’s larger, 1.6 gallon flushing product in another bathroom and it works great every time. Otherwise, we’re very happy with it.

Super easy DIY installation. The water flush is very strong and the refill is pretty quick as well. The soft close seat is a major plus with young kids.

No issues with the the unboxing-works lije it should and easy to install.

Ended up being a very expensive toilet. We made the HORRIBLE mistake of using the wax ring that came with it. I trusted it because it came from Kohler and I trusted the quality of the brand, now I wonder... 2 days later, I had water dripping out of my ceiling below it! Had to call an emergency plumber. He said we did everything right, but the wax ring is horrible / useless. So I now have a large ceiling stain, and a toilet that ended up costing $620 instead of $220.

I purchased mine about two weeks ago and installed it myself. The only tool I didn’t have was a hack saw (used to trim off the flange bolts). I’m a 65 year old lady and quite proud of my work. The toilet is fantastic….a slow close seat and the flush system comes from one side and swirls around the bowl, it’s a low water usage toilet as well. It’s quiet, too! Very pleased!

The handle is tinny sounding and after about a month it sticks every time it’s flushed. We plan to return it.

Love the height and the look and the flushing. The flusher is flimsy plastic which I don't like. The price wasn't bad either.

Small and compact but sits nice and high

The toilet itself is chair height, which I did not want. It's box did not say chair height and I assumed that it was a regular toilet. Other than that it is excellent.
