The part that holds the tp is always getting loose and is rarely even used in the guest bath. I tighten the set screw and after one use, it's crooked. Now looking for a new holder.

Very expensive Does not allow a large roll of toilet paper to fit on it.

Beautiful, stylish and flexible. It bends to either side to adjust how it hangs- hard to explain. It classes up my bathroom

Kohler products are significantly reducing in quality. I purchased kohler items for my bathroom remodel and am not happy with any of them. This wall mount for this item is made in pieces and once assembled shifts and must be adjusted to look straight. Nothing can be done to keep it from rocking side to side.

The item was easy to install and looks great!

Placed two orders for this product and both had bent hanging loops. Not damaged in shipping, bent in manufacturing. Either made and packaged by robots or very poor quality control.

I love my new toilet paper holder cause it matches my towel holders that I bought 12 years ago and I'm so glad they still have the style. Looks very modern and shipping was very fast.

Very nicely designed traditional fixture that can hold supersize rolls. I like that it's very solidly made, a bit heavyish, and very substantial feeling. It's also a little unique looking — vaguely English and riding-related — so to me, it can work with not only traditional baths but also eclectic and transitional spaces. My bathroom is super funky and groovy compared to most, I believe, with multicolored mosaic tile, pill-shaped sconces, and a retro '30s-ish sink — it's inspired by Valley of the Dolls, the Rolling Stones' "Mother's Little Helper," and Damien Hirst's pill art. These Kohler Fairfax fixtures class it up. It all works!

The toilet paper holder is very durable and looks so much better than less expensive holders I have had. It is easy to use and I think it will stand the test of time. It looks great with the matching vessel sink faucet and towel ring.

This product came in a little bit bigger then I had imagined, however, it fit very well as a replacement to our old set. This line by Kohler is a sturdy and heavy, yet well made line that I ended up getting the full set to compliment my bathroom. Definitely a good buy!
