Customer Reviews for KOHLER Forte Sculpted Towel Ring in Vibrant Brushed Nickel

The first one was part of a remodel and was provided by the contractor. The round hook broke off. So I bought this second one so it would match the other fixtures in my bathroom. That one broke too. (Refer to attachment screenshot.)

We included the Forte line in our master bathroom renovation. After only a couple of weeks of use, the towel ring simply snapped in two during normal use. Photo attached. Working through the warranty process; definitely not something I want to deal with, especially so recent after install.

Priced well, quick delivery and very easy setup, just used a standard screwdriver and pencil to mark my spot. (I am not mechanically inclined LOL) Item looks very nice, aesthetically pleasing. Wanted somethig different with curves for appeal. It works fine instead of a standard towel rack. What I did was put up 2 of them at different heights for different look and placed small artwork above to draw attention to them and the art. Works GREAT! 100% happy

Really like this entire Forte series. Beautiful stuff. Unfortunately, I had to buy this one because the previous one snapped off after only one year of light use. Hopefully this new one will stand up better.

The junction where the towel ring inserts into the wall mount broke. I would like to replace with a different towel ring model that articulates (moves) Can you recommend a model that has identical mounting hardware (round plate with small post that inserts into base) ? Thanks ! Mike C

I did not realize that this does not swivel or move in any manner. I’m sure it won’t last long as a result. Any tugs on the towel will put a strain on this towel ring.

Looks nice, but the joint between the ring and the base is very weak. It fails after a year or so of normal use.

Excellent looking product that feels very high quality and sturdy. Pricey, but it does match everything else Kohler.

Too long to get the part. Missed promised delivery by 5 days. The part itself was fine and it was a fair price.
