Soap dispenser lasted 2 & 1/2 years before the finish worn off at the tip, and the spring plunger locked up and ceased to function. Sent a warranty request - waiting to see if they'll cover it and send out a replacement soap dispenser kit or if I'm SOL. Will update review accordingly. Faucet is nice, though the neck tends to wobble after 2 & 1/2 years of regular use.

Pretty faucet but head doesn’t retract
We just installed this and it is so pretty, BUT there does not appear to be any magnets as described to help retract the sprayer. It also does not fit in the faucet and there is a big gap. Which was t what I wanted. This may go back and I will buy another brand unless Koehler can replace this or provide us with something so the sprayer actually docks.

Purchased this new from Home Depot last week. Two days after installation, the switch on the sprayer head that switches from stream to spray snapped off. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

A great faucet, Kohler make very high quality plumbing fixtures. I would give this faucet a 12 on a 10 scale! Kohler stands behind every product they make also, when you see Life Time Warranty they mean as long as you own it! The sweeping spray nozzel is great also. Built with heavy brass, quality without a doubt.

A little over a year, after the warranty of course and 2 things are broken. The seal on the sprayer is plastic and cracked leaking water and the rubber seal at the waterline connection started leaking. I thought KOHLER would last a LOT longer. Pain kicks in early with this lovely faucet with cheap parts.

We've never had this kind of faucet that has the sprayer/ faucet head. It's actually not too bad. A few Pros and Cons Pros: -Install was painless -No splashing water when you turn the tap on -Sprayer "feels" good to the hand -Trigger is nice -Turning on and off the water is very easy -Soap dispenser is nice and eliminates the hand soap dispenser that was taking up precious sink real estate Cons: -The hose is not long enough for me, could be about 6 inches longer; all these type of faucets seem to have the same length -There is no Hot/Cold indications on the faucet; even a small, little red and blue dot or something would be nice -The long, thin bottom mount and cover(that mounts the faucet and covers the other two holes in the sink) is too thin. The give and take of the a thin sink causes the faucet to move around. This makes it feel cheap and weak. This is especially noticeable when you grab and pull on the sprayer head. I feel like the base needs to be thicker and needs to "mount" or lock into the other twos holes of the sink to give it more stability. The faucet itself is strong and beefy, but it's only screwed into the one center hole.

We did a very classy remodel of a kitchen and 2 baths, including Kohler faucets and bathroom fixtures. See the pictures below. The kitchen and baths look absolutely stunning! However, the Kohler Alma kitchen faucet in Vibrant-Stainless (VS) came with a cheap soap pump that broke within 2 months, just as many customer reviews said it probably would. When I called Kohler about the broken soap pump, it took a few minutes for the customer service rep to admit that Kohler intentionally sells inferior soap pumps (made with all-plastic internals and even a fake-stainless-plastic exterior finish) with what she referred to as "ALL retail models" of Kohler faucet kits. So you buy a nice stainless Kohler faucet set thinking you're getting a nice stainless soap pump to match, but even the outer finish is cheap plastic made to look like stainless. The internal spring is so weak that it fails after a couple months in a house with no kids and people that baby their stuff like we do. I'm an engineer. Using a stronger spring in these soap pumps would cost Kohler maybe 10 cents more to make these pumps work right. Most people would be happy if they did use a stronger 10-cent spring, even if the rest is plastic, because the pump would actually work for more than 2 months, probably forever. But NO. Kohler does not disclose to retail stores which sell most of their products that Kohler actually DOES make higher quality pumps with sturdy internal components, stronger springs, and real stainless steel finishes -- but you just can't buy them at retail stores which sell Kohler products. Customers should ask Home Depot to boycott Kohler products until Kohler comes clean with what they are really selling to retail stores. Customers have to call the Kohler factory directly, complain loudly, and get upset, before Kohler will admit that you CAN buy a better soap pump, but only from Kohler directly, and only for more money -- like $50-$200 more money for most pumps. Kohler fixtures are becoming like the supposedly reputable top-name appliances we bought with this remodel - cheap junk. In addition to our Kohler woes, 2 of our 3 new high-end kitchen appliances needed repair within the first month. We bought American-made stuff. Are these the best engineers American colleges can produce? And we wonder why America is doomed.

The product is installed on a three hole stainless steel sink. The plastic base has three holes but the two other holes have no purpose. It doesn't include hard to fasten the plywood to the other two holes. So water can get into the two other open hole unless the base is caulked. Overall product met expectation because it has the faucet handle moves very smooth and faucet is secured to the sink with only fastened on the center.

              Looks great
I really like the built in flex supply tubes. They made the install quick and easy. The plate was not wide enough as my granite was not drilled with standard centers. Fortunately, the Depot sells matching oil rubbed plugs which did the trick and look good. Thanks for having a good selection of products.

              Just what I wanted.
I must be biased toward Kohler products. Kohler seems to have their design and quality aspects high enough to look and function like "high end" gear, but has managed to keep the pricing at a reasonable level. Instructions and installation are clear and simple. Actual install required about 1/2 hour, including removal of the old faucet. Please note that I was replacing the disposer at the same time. Once I had the old disposer out, access to faucet connections was easier.

Easy Install. Powerful Pull out sprayer
This faucet was a typical install. Make sure before you commit to taking out your old faucet that you have all the proper fittings/valves/hoses. Unpack the new faucet to make sure the new connections will work together with the existing connections and that the hoses will be long enough. You don't want to get your old faucet disconnected only to find out that you won't be able to install your new faucet without an unplanned trip to the "Depot". ;o) This faucet only requires 1 hole, but it comes with a baseplate that will cover the 3 holes from your previous faucet if necessary. Also, it will need an additional hole for the soap dispenser. The base has a foam gasket and does not require silicone as long as your sink base is not warped or uneven. If you are installing this on a stainless sink, they recommend putting a piece of wood underneath the mounting area to add rigidity. This faucet has a unique fan shaped spray pattern that is very strong. It is almost too strong. It causes a fair amount of splashing. I will just need to adjust the amount of water pressure I use. Can't tell you the last time I had a faucet that was too powerful :o)

              Should have been better
First Impressions: Beautiful faucet with satin stainless finish. Soap dispenser included. 3/4 hole escutcheon included. Analysis: Installation was very easy and took only a few minutes to accomplish. There was one minor error in the instructions that described a rubber ring seal as plastic. The connection from faucet valves to the head is a simple push-on type and it is easy to remove as well. Just twist the collar and pull. The escutcheon for covering up extra holes in a standard spacing sink is provided. If installing on a stainless sink with thin metal, a piece of 1/2" plywood is strongly recommended in order to stiffen the surface. This faucet is tall and normal operation would flex the material of the sink. You can see that in my video, since it does not have the plywood installed yet. I was very disappointed in the fact that the faucet neck would swing easily to the side according to the flex of the hose underneath. You can see it in the video; when swung to the left, it returns to the center on it's own. This shouldn't happen and I found no easy way to correct it. I suppose it might be possible to fasten the hose in some way to minimize the movement but it should not be required. The real solution would have been to provide some friction in the neck joint. Perhaps this one was defective in that regard. The spray hose extension is minimal in my opinion. I think it should extend farther at least a few inches. The weight was positioned correctly and that is the limitation of the travel. Other than these complaints, the faucet worked perfectly. The aeration was good for me and the sprayer switch worked well. You can easily remove the spray head for cleaning. Summary: Good faucet with some flaws. Nice appearance. Easy installation, But can't really recommend it.

              Love my faucet
I really love this new faucet! It was fairly easy to install this and I could have done it pretty quick but my old faucet didn't want to come out. Once we finally got the old one out this was super easy to install. When I first looked at it after installing I was a little surprised how tall it looked compared to my old one, but I got used to that quick. The spray on this one is really good and strong. I haven't been able to install the soap dispenser just yet as I will need to either get new counters or have a hole drilled into my existing one if I want to use it. Not a big deal for me though. I love the look of this faucet, it is beautiful in my kitchen. Highly recommend checking out this faucet!

Kohler is the best easy install
This Kohler pull down kitchen sprayer is one of the best. This design worth single handle was a perfect choice for our kitchen. The pull down sprayer works great it retracts fully an locks in so it is not just hanging loose like many others. The oil rubbed bronze was a good choice to match our counter tops . The Kohler quality is built into this faucet it is heavy weight and sturdy.

Another great industrial style kitchen faucet from Kohler
INSTALLATION I've installed about a dozen kitchen faucets in the last few years, and know my way around a kitchen sink. Kohler has got their faucet design down to a science. Simple integrated supply hoses (3/8") connect directly to the values underneath the sink, assuming they're the right size. Mine unfortunately were 1/2" valves, so a trip to Home Depot and about $20 was necessary for the correct ones. After that, it was just a matter of simply securing the neck, and connecting 3 hoses. Piece of cake. The deck plate is solid and sturdy, requiring only the main neck screw to keep it secured in place. FORM This faucet, being a Kohler, is quite a looker. Kohler makes such a wide variety of faucet styles, that the difficult part is narrowing down your choices. The Handle, and base have an industrial hexagonal design that is complimented nicely by the sweeping arch of the neck and roundness of the valve assembly. The head of the faucet flares out to provide a wide spray head. It has a high end appearance, and the shiny chrome really adds a classy look to the kitchen. FUNCTION This faucet is as functional as it is beautiful. It's got the standard two-button spray select, which works fine. The neck is long, with the spray head high above the sink. The hose comes out far enough. The handle operation is smooth as silk, and makes selecting the water temperature & flow an absolute breeze. It's got the standard two-button spray select, which works fine. The button to switch between the two is very large, making it easy to depress. Every time you turn off the water, the flow resets to the basic flow (not spray), which is the way i like it. Additionally, the spray pattern is in a wider, horizontal line, instead of a circle, making it much easier to wash dishes. The main downside of this particular faucet is that the neck movement from side to side is TOO smooth. It actually moves SO freely, that when the faucet is moved to the left, the rotational tension of the plastic hose pulls the faucet had back towards the center. This makes it very difficult to, say, fill up a pitcher of water on one side of the sink, since you have to sit there and hold the faucet so it doesn't swing back to the middle. I tried twisting the hose under the sink, but it just twists back. A bad design that should get fixed. SUMMARY Overall this sink gets highest marks in design. Integrated supply lines make for a simple installation. It is functional and gets the job done with some class. The main design flaw is that the neck rotation is too smooth, with the hose pulling the faucet back to center when pushed off to the side.

              great looking, very modern
This is a very nice and modern looking faucet and came with a matching soap dispenser. Was slightly difficult to install since the directions, which were detailed and well written ask you to mount a half inch piece of wood to the underside of the sink if you have a stainless steel sink. Other then having to obtain the required piece of wood, a spade bit for the drill of the appropriate size. Looks great, works well, and I love the finish, no water marks show on it.

Great Looking Faucet With Excellent Features
This faucet made a great addition to our newly renovated kitchen. From the time I took it out of the box I was impressed. It's got a nice sturdy feel to it and the finish looks great. I did a single hole install and the process was extremely easy from start to finish, taking no more than fifteen minutes. The faucet has some really nice design features, with some rounded edges and some more angular that make it a great fit for any motif. The handle feels nice and sturdy and operates very smoothly, water flow is great, and the sprayer attaches smoothly and firmly to the neck of the faucet. This faucet also features Kohler's Sweep spray setting, which is absolutely great for scrubbing and cleaning dishes, pots, and pans. From the time we opened the box I loved this faucet and I'd highly recommend it to anyone

              Kohler Worth in vibrant stainless
The Kohler Worth in vibrant stainless is targeted towards the vintage/traditional look, but would work well in a modern kitchen. One of my favorite items about this faucet is it can be used for a one hole or three hole. This faucet comes with the deck plate (see attached picture), which on some faucets you have to purchase separately with additional costs running 30 to $50. Another great aspect is it comes with a matching designed soap/lotion dispenser. If you had to purchase this as an additional feature it would set you back another $50. The Worth comes with attached 30" supply lines. Something you don't find on every faucet purchased. You will find features on the Worth comparable to the more costly faucets. One being the Promotion spray head. This is a ball joint type function which makes moving the spray head around a breeze. No more bending and twisting the spray hose around when cleaning the sink out. The spray head has two settings, one for stream and one for sweep. The sweep is forceful compared to the traditional spray, helping remove debris on pans and pots much easier. It also has the DockNetik technology which is how the spray head magnetically attaches in place. This prevents drooping of the spray head. TIP: If you are mounting this faucet ONTO a stainless steel sink, make sure you read the installation instructions carefully. As with any high arc faucet mounting ONTO a stainless steel sink, there are specific installation instructions because of flex of the stainless steel sink. WISHLIST: One thing I would like to see included with all high arc faucets is a mounting plate for under the sink. Just in case the faucet is mounted ONTO a stainless sink. As it is now, you must fabricate a piece of plywood and drill a hole to fit underside of the stainless. It just makes installation slower and if you don't have the material or tools on hand, you must gather them up b/4 starting installation.
