Doesn't pull down for jack
Kraus, in other similar sinks, clearly has the ability to have true counterweighted pull down handles. Why they did not include it on the Artec Pro, is beyond me. as it is it can only pull down like 3 inches and is still like 8 inches above the lip of the sink, so water gets everywhere. The pre-rinse handle is almost worthless because you can't actually pull it into the basin. Huge disappointment! Fit, finish, and quality of all of our Kraus products is generally superb, which makes this all the more of a bummer.

Sprayer Fails to Work
I got this a few months ago and it developed an issue where even when you hold the sprayer nozzle trigger down, it fails to take hold and sprays out of both instead. Makes the sprayer pressure so low its basically useless

I really wanted to like this faucet.
I read beforehand and got conflicting info. I call Kraus to clarify. I liked pot filler option. The magnet in the dock was something this one doesn't have but not a deal breaker. I would have liked an option to divert water to the sprayer when it is first turned on but also not a deal breaker. The ONE thing that was a deal breaker, was "do you have to hold the sprayer lever continuously?" I was told no, that once you activate the spray lever it stays on until you release it.

Great faucet - unfortunately, the brushed gold color isn't gold...
Great faucet - unfortunately, the brushed gold color isn't gold at all - closer to stainless steel in daylight. The top is sliiiiiightly loose, the segment above the pot filler that has the sprayer. I LOVE the spray mechanism - I wish Kraus would put that on all the model. Incredible ergonomics, great feel. I wish the pot filler was one more inch longer, moving the spout closer to the middle of most sinks, to avoid counter splash. Installation was easy and strong. But, this faucet isn't gold at. all.

KRAUS Artec faucet

Color is not Accurate. It says it's a Matte Black and Brushed Gold and it looks like dark grey and champagne. Also the spray nozzle only has one type of spray and my other one had a few.

Misleading Description
I purchased the Artec Pro for a kitchen remodel. After it was installed the first thing that I noticed when using it was the lack of movement from the spray hose. The hose basically is stationary. You can't pull out any hose and the spring is so rigid it will barely move. In the description from Kraus it reads that the sprayer has a reach of 7 1/8 inches. That is not an accurate statement. I paid a lot of money for this faucet and it does not do what I need it to do.

Almost perfect
It’s a beautiful finish…But, the hose is about 4”-5” too short. I’m forever wiping up the island and hand rinsing out the sink because of this design flaw. My last Krause faucet is no longer available, it was perfection in every way.

It is of strong material and it looks good but the functionality of the sprayer is a very had design and may work only with small sinks. The sprayer does not expand sufficiently to be useful with large sinks. Had to return and get a different brand.

KRAUS Artec Pro Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen...
Wife and I really like this single bowl KRAUS Pro Sink a lot because it's deep and wide. Our old sink was a double bowl sink and it was shallow. It was hard to wash big pots and pans and splashing water all over the place. And with the pot filler spout better yet !!!

Falls apart after a year of use
I purchased this faucet July last year, and after a year of use the top faucet(with the spring)falls off from the body. Totally disappointed.
