Just received the refrigerator the end of December and so...
Just received the refrigerator the end of December and so far it operates as expected and advertised. The "print proof" exterior does work and clean up is minimal. It did not matter for our application but the sides of the unit are a gray, textured material not the semi gloss of the stainless on the front.

Quality of water
The water dispenser pushes out warm water not cold, I like room temperature water but it should be at least cool without having to use ice to make it cold. And the water smells like clorox and taste like it too. Very disappointed.

Craft ice
Craft ice stopped working after less than 3 months. Now it just drips water onto the ice bin and freezes into a large ice sheet. Seems like others have had this similar problem.

Fridge fun!
Who knew a fridge could be so fun! Tons of room inside, regular ice fits in drink bottles, nice storage in drawers and on shelves. The door in door is fun and gives easy access to things. (I keep my carrots and veggies there so they are my go-to food groups.) The freezer has 3 areas to keep things organized, and the craft ice is extra wonderful. We dont drink burbon, but those ice balls will kerp your water cold. The app lets you know lots of things like how many times you opened the door, the temp, water filter status, etc.

Great buy with incredible service from Home Depot
I wasn't sure about buying another LG appliance because I'd had so much trouble with them in the past, but I am very pleased with this purchase. It has exceeded all of my expectations and I really love the InstaView Door-in-Door feature. I thought it was kinda gimmicky at first but found I really like it. I also read some mixed reviews about the craft ice maker but mine has worked perfectly from the beginning. Overall, very happy!

This fridge was worth the wait! We've had multiple...
This fridge was worth the wait! We've had multiple LG refrigerators and this one by far is my favorite. We are not tall people and we can reach everything on the top shelf. This fridge helps us to not "forget" what is pushed to the back (which happened frequently with our bigger one!). There's even a drawer at the bottom of the fridge that we put the kids snacks in. Definitely recommend!!

It's a beautiful refrigerator. The size and functionality work well for us. Every person who has stepped into our kitchen has remarked on the appearance of the fridge. The black stainless is a really great shade that complements the rest of the kitchen.

Craft Ice is a failure!
The first two refrigerators delivered were damaged, took weeks to get refrigerator. Have had issues with the craft ice maker since day one. The ice spheres freeze in the maker, it tries to refill and freezes shut. LG's solution was to replace the craft ice maker. The replacement from day one has done the exact same thing. It is a design flaw. Don't make the same mistake! Not worth the very hefty price tag for a refrigerator.

STAY AWAY FROM Home Depot & LG
This was purchased 2 weeks ago. I have called Home Depot and LG only to be put on hold and transferred several times with no help. It beeps 3x every minute. The light doesn't go off and I have no ice. Please stop the BEEPING!!!!

Craft Ice Maker breaks every six months
The craft ice maker was one of the main features that motivated me to buy this refrigerator. But it broke after 6 months, was replaced by LG, and then broke again (the same way) after six months. As the fridge is now out of warranty and LG says tough luck

Just received the fridge yesterday. Didn't realize the ice maker is too small and can make a very limited quantity. Secondly the worst thing is the water dispenser, the stream is so small and slow.Takes a long time to fill a glass. Is there an adjustment on the flow. Rest is fine for now. Nowhere on your reviews and specification does it state the flow of the stream. It literally comes out in streaks. Thats ridiculous. I may return this fridge.
