[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since fridge has been cleared of obstruction. The air flow has been great and temperatures have been on point. The response time of the LG technician team was very quick. The time spent on the fridge to figure out issue was swift.

Clean, sleek, and with a surface that prevents fingerprints. I love this! I got the counter depth, a few inches shallower than standard, which is fine for me, but a warning for those who want more room for fruits and veg, it's not as deep. Same thing with the freezer. Does not have the same amount of room as a regular depth. I live alone so don't need that much room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great refrigerator, just what we needed for our kitchen space. I especially like the ultra-quiet ice cube maker. No clunky sounds as we heard from other models.

We got the counter depth unit and it fits nice with the counter tops, but we sure miss that extra depth on the inside. It has plenty of arrangement options for shelves. It keeps everything cold nicely while being energy efficient. The french door configuration gives you excellent access to all the interior spaces.

I got this when I bought a destanation trailer was surprised when the dealer said had ice maker. I got a brita water pitcher so now I have great ice water.so far very pleased

After much deliberation we chose the LG French door and love it! The fridge has great room as well as the bottom freezer. It looks beautiful and is virtually soundless except for the occasional drop of ice into the tray. I would buy again.

Our old fridge was 12 so it was time to replace it. We took a chance on this model - our first french door and our first counter-depth. Our small galley kitchen can't fit a large fridge and this one fits great, giving us more room than the one it replaced. Ice maker isn't used much but when we need it, ice is readily available. This seems to hold more than our old fridge, which was about the same size. Easy to open doors and freezer drawer, adjustable shelves, and it keeps food the right temp in both sections. We're thrilled with this fridge and would recommend it for anybody looking to replace their current unit.

So far so good. Hopefully compressor lasts for years. Only had this fridge for a few weeks now.

Very happy with this refrigerator. Makes great ice. So quiet sometimes we wonder if it's running. Our only disappointments are the fruit/vegetable drawers. They are on the small side. Couldn't fit a head of lettuce in the drawer if other vegetables were being stored.

Bought this as part of the kitchen remodel and it matches the other appliances. Overall very happy

There's enough room to store everything that you need for a family of 4. The freezer section is really spacious and can accommodate a lot of items. One item that could have been a bonus was in built water spout, but having an ice maker compensates. Very happy and satisfied with the purchase!

Actually Surprised at the Storage Design Capability

Have only had the fridge for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. I really love the print proof surface. I had to get out the stainless steel wipes every time my husband left fingerprints on our old stainless steel fridge. With the new fridge, all I have to do is take my hand towel and lightly wipe over the prints. The surface cleans up so easy and fast.

I’m not too pleased. A frozen pizza box doesn’t even fit in the freezer and the compressor for the ice maker is loud.

We just got this counter depth french door fridge after having standard bottom freezer refrigerators for the last 22 years. I love it. It did take a little searching to find out I could turn off the icemaker which we don't have hooked up and we have a minor manufacturer defect with the freezer door handle (the set screw is misaligned so we have requested a new handle.) Other than those 2 things, it's great - I can reach the back of the fridge, the separate sections in the freezer allow organization without adding bins which take up space. Having the fridge/freezer temperatures show when I open the door is so reassuring. I will be getting thermometers to doublecheck the temps, but I don't expect problems.

I love my new LG fridge. I got the counter depth to save some space in my kitchen.

It's a very nice unit in most respects but makes a high pitched buzzing sound when the compressor is running (which is most of the time). It was quite bothersome so I had to return it.

Our old fridge was on its last legs and this was our choice to replace it. This being a Counter Depth fridge gave us a little of our Kitchen area back. Love the double doors and adjustable shelves; it seems way bigger that advertised. Excellent icemaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new refrigerator for a few weeks so, I can't speak to the longevity of it. It does have a great layout. Everything fits so much better than our old side by side and we always seems to have space to spare now. Both the fridge & freezer portions keep everything to temperature.

We've had it only a month, but so far it's an awesome fridge. Nearly silent, regulates temp well. Our old Samsung used to freeze the vegetables in the veggie refrigerator drawer, so this matters to us. The smudge-proof stainless is great, cleans up easily. Love the huge shelves on the doors.

Really disappointed the shelves are so shallow to make room for the trays on the door. Everytime you open the door everything slides around, crashes together or falls over. The freezer is equally disappointing. I don’t need the top tray to pull out and get in the way when the freezer door is opened. If I could return it, I would. Just not functional

Wanted a new refrigerator and this one fit my needs perfectly.

The ice and freezer are frosting over like old freezers! Constantly scraping frost! Highly dissatisfied

For a smaller frig they packed it with great options and it is a beautiful frig My only issue is the ice maker. Often the cubes will fall out of the tray when I reach in to grab a hand full. It is a pain
