I love my new LG refrigerator. The first two days I had it I kept checking to see if it was actually on, because it was so quiet. So far my food is lasting longer and items freeze quickly. I have no complaints

We've had this refrigerator 1.5 years and very happy with it. Ice maker jams sometimes but easy to fix quickly, no big problem. Also the veggie bins are a little small, but it's only the 3 of us so it is the perfect size unless we're entertaining a lot, then it's a bit crowded. Operates well and looks great. Good purchase.

It has enough space to organize and it is very convenient to use. I really enjoy my refrigerator!

Its an awesome fridge. Live the slim ice maker that doesnt take up room out of my refoedgerator. The two freezers keep my food organized. Very sharp finish picks up no fingerprints. Love all the room!

Spent more than $1300 less than 4 years ago on LG refrigerator French door from Home depot and it stopped making ice and stopped cooling. went back to Home depot to find out they canceled my extended warranty without my knowing that, now I am stuck with it. I do not recommend LG brand it is not worth it.

After 18 months of working the refrigerator, he died. Before that I had Samsung, this one worked for almost 5 years. The quality of both is very poor. 15 years ago, in a new house, stood Whaerpool. He is still working. I won’t take Korean anymore.

We love our new LG refrigerator....so many enhance features. This appliance addition makes our kitchen pop ! Home Depot made it easy to make our decision. Note: we own a LG washer & dryer....love them...not a hard to select an LG product.

A device should be super easy to setup. But, setting up Alexa with refrigerator is difficult. Of course what’s the point if the capability anyway? Love everything else about the refrigerator.

The fridge is good, we like it. The only problem is that the water dispenser, a small switch, breaks down regularly. We repaired it, in two years, 3 times. Repair for a long time, usually 2-4 weeks. Already as 2 months broke. Now the coronovirus will have to wait another 1-2 months. And so the refrigerator is good.

Beautiful unit, we had a side by side which I find useless. The fridge side is tiny on those. This unit is massive inside, we love it and a great price too!

The freezer stopped freezing After reading neg reviews I panicked and had Home Depot lady on phone to LG Finally got an appointment set up Then I tried the digital diagnostics Said fridge was working but freezer door not closing It seemed closed So searched web and said to clean sticky off seal Did this and hey presto! Back in business Phew

I love this fridge!! It’s not as smudge proof as a expected, but it gets a lot of use!! I am so glad I went with two freezer drawers!! I was able to fit all my items from an older side by side easily. Frozen pizzas take a lil arranging, but do fit!! Overall, this thing is huge!! So much fridge space!!

Inner liner cracking after 6 month’s after I purchased this refrigerator contacted lg to have it repaired and was left with 4 additional holes some off wight caulking and 2 1 by 1 square pieces of white tape the refrigerator is no longer sanitary because it cannot be kept clean and now I’m being blamed for the cracks last I checked I have never worked for lg and I did not drop anything so I recommended you never buy anything from lg as they don’t stand behind their products what a waste of 3 grand replacement denied and I just wanted the thing fixed

Chilled our drinks while we worked on our remodel and kept our lunches cold after only cooling for an hour and a half. I can’t wait to see the whole kitchen put together!

I bought this about a month ago and love it. The only negative thing I have to say is the left side door makes a very loud noise when closing it.

This LG refrigerator is awesome. I am extremely late in reviewing it after experiencing numerous setbacks after from the 2017 Hurricane season. I am incredibly grateful for this fridge. The double "french doors" open wide allowing complete visual of everything in the fridge at any given time. The slide out trays are perfect for storing fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. The shelfs are easy to move and adjust to accommodate large items. The built in water and ice maker work well for me, but at times the ice makers output is not enough for large events - I recommend getting a bag of ice for such occasions. And with the two large pull out freezer compartments, I have all the room I ever need to keep my household moving and grooving while looking beautiful in my kitchen. Thank you LG and Home Depot!!!

This refrigerator is great for families, we love the French doors and the two drawers!

This is a well designed refrigerator with excellent features and layout. The duo freezer doors are a huge advantage over singles as it eliminates the need to dig down through multiple layers of items to find what you're looking for. It allows for much better organization. The in-door ice maker is also nice. It frees up space and consequently the refrigerated section is roomier than our previous 27cu ft unit.

I bought this Refrigerator 2 months ago and still have not been able to use the freezer, as it arrived broken. Customer service has been terrible and the technician that has come out has been even worse. The door has never been able to properly shut and ice builds up in both freezer draws. I would not recommend buying this product or any product from LG Electronics in the future.

We purchased this product from Home Depot. It's a little over two years old. We purchased the Black Stainless to worth with our kitchen decor. Three weeks ago, we noticed the black stainless was peeling right under the edge of the handled where it meets the body of the refrigerator. We called the extended warranty number and told the finish is not insured but the sticking of bottom drawers could indicated a real problem and perhaps the repairman could address the peeling problem as well. My housekeeper brought the funny feeling left edge of the left french door. Sure enough the finish is perforated on the edge and will surely peel. We spent extra money for a decorator finish and what we're getting is one mess. I HATE stainless so that's why we ordered it to work with granite etc. We had planned on replacing our double over with LG black stainless as well. NOTHING HAPPENING NOW. I've been married 56 years and had several refrigerators and NONE of them had finishes that peeled but just using damped soft cloth. BEWARE DO NOT BUY BLACK STAINLESS FINISH AND MAYBE EVEN LOOK AT ANOTHER COMPANY THAT BUILDS IN USA. Home Depot needs to start making their vendors accountable for shoddy workmanship and materials.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like this fridge, I had previously ordered a Samsung online and was told I would have to wait two months before it would arrive. I couldn't wait that long for a refrigerator, so I went to the store I ordered the Samsung from and the salesman showed me this fridge. It was so much nicer, WiFi enabled, and the black stainless...sold!!! The best part is that it was in my house by the end of the week. I have a big family (6 people) and we haven't even filled the fridge yet. There's always ice, water taste great, love having two separate freezers, and no fingerprints all over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 4 door French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It is 28 cubic ft. I love my refrigerator. The only thing I was disappointed with is the shelves on your left door. The shelves are to narrow to fit any large bottles such as mayonnaise. So you have to store it on the wide top shelf on the left door so you can’t store juice etc. You have a bottom shelf on the right door where I can store my two gallons of milk. Other than that I love my frig. It produces a lot of ice and is very quiet. Thank you for letting me write a review of my beautiful LG 28cubic foot frig.
