The appearance of this refrigerator is outstanding. Love the beverages door, tap door light, fold away shelf inside the refrigerator for tall or balky items and the door ice unit is amazing. Best refrigerator I have ever had and I have been around for a lot of years!

The glass compartment is easy to operate, and is convenient for storing water bottles, cartons and drink cans. The fridge is very roomy. I especially like the top fridge and bottom freezer separation. The ice maker and cold filtered water is also very convenient. Love it!

It’s extra convenient for milk cartons, drinks and snacks without opening the whole fridge. The ice and water dispenser works great. Product is excellent!

We replace this updated model from an LG model we had 17 years ago. The old LG never gave us any problems at all until a few weeks ago and we had outgrown it. I love this new Refrigerator. The knock knock feature is great , door in a door is the best, sand you don’t have to open the entire fridge. It is very spacious and have dual ice makers. One of the ice maker is located on the side door and one in the freezer, So far the only con for me is when you want something out of the meat tray because of the width,,you have to open both refrigerator doors. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

This fridge is way bigger than our last one which is amazing. I love that it has an ice bucket in the freezer. It’s always great being able to get ice from it or have more in case you want to fill up your cooler. I give this product 10/10. I highly recommended this product.

I am so happy I purchased this refrigerator. It is the most spacious fridge I have owned, yet fits into my small kitchen in my condo. I especially love the handy door in door and the freezer space is very spacious as well. The non-smudge finish keeps it looking great!

I bought this One year ago I’m not satisfied with this the particles are coming from the ice and water dispenser

This unit is overall pretty nice. It has lots of room and the auxiliary door is great to save energy on items you would open up the refrigerator often. The two negative things are the ice maker for ghe door gets easily jammed and you have to unjam it every so often. The other thing is the buttons for the features on the door are not lit up . You have to know what to hit and where to hit the button for water or ice. When lighting in the kitchen is not bright, you cannot see the buttons.

Wow, it sure brightened and "Smartened" up our kitchen and took it out of the realm of ordinary. The LG quality and features are outstanding. The water feature with cubes, water and crushed on the outside door are handy and convenient. Extra ice cubes are stored automatically in the freezer compartment for that party you were thinking of having. The clear shelves and drawers inside allow you to see exactly what you have in inventory. And the door in a door not only saves on energy but, it makes frequently used items available at your fingertips. We could not be happier with our purchase.

This refrigerator is very impressive looking with the glass door-in-door especially when it lights. I rearranged and personalized the shelves for taller items. The shelves were easy to remove and replace and the inside is spacious. The door-in-door is oversized and holds a lot. The freezer is deep and more than fits my needs. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Samsung fridge reacted to power outages that intermittently made the freezer stop working. We needed a new fridge and decided on the LG model with the door-in-door feature. I thought that the glass window in the door would clash with our double oven glass doors but it looks fine. The food in the fridge area doesn’t freeze and the food in the freezer doesn’t thaw. I’m confident that we made an excellent purchase decision.

We have had our refrigerator for two years now. It has lots of space. We never have the sliding drawer out all the way because this is the only place where you can fit tall ice tea containers. The left side shelf’s on the door are ok to store condiments but like someone else said you can’t fit a pickle jar. We get so much use out of the ice/water dispenser on the door. You can’t use the outside water or ice if the door is open. Had an issue with the ice maker in the freezer not making ice but we had the extended warranty so they came out to fix it and it works great. It’s nice to have the two drawers in the freezer so I can find things easy. I’d say I’d but it again but I’d hope not to. I have a loud house with kids and a dog. When my daughter decides to sing like she’s doing opera or the dog barks the fridge door lights up. I am happy with my fridge.

There is enough room to store two gallons of milk, two liters of soda, eggs on the top. The rest of the refrigerator is very spacious and roomy. I love the fact there are two separate ways you can get ice as well. Very helpful if you have to fill coolers. It resists fingerprints which is important as I have kids that touch everything!!

We really like the layout and space. The water / ice dispenser slowly leaks which causes white water stains almost daily. Overall 4/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After three weeks of enjoying this fridge we have no complaints. It makes minimum noise, is very well lit on the inside and has so much space on the inside. We love the dual ice maker and also love the size of the water dispenser. We were unsure about the easy access door, but after three weeks I’m finding I rarely open the big door as I mainly use milk, coffee creamer, butter etc which I all have stored in the door. I also like the feature of it circulating the air every so often so it doesn’t smell bad in there. Overall, we are very happy.

I love almost everything about this refrigerator - ice and water dispenser, organization and shelves, BUT the shelf paint has started to come off and now it looks really ugly inside. Nothing spilled, didn’t use any chemicals on it.

So far so good. Door in door keeps my drinks cold. Ice maker kicking it out. Very pleased . Just had for a week or so.

This LG refrigerator not only looks beautiful the lighted door saver is great for drinks, etc that you use frequently, the inside is very large due to the ice maker being in the door, freezer drawer is a good bonus with the tray that catches the ice cubes for storage and the size of the freezer itself is quite spacious I love this refrigerator!!!

Freezer drawer damage still not resolved. Can’t get any help. Everyone says it’s ordered but I haven’t received the drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BLUF: Very large, nice refrigerator but does have a couple of inconvenient "features", however. Lowe's color options are not accurate, check LG's website. The 'matte black' is actually matte black stainless steel and is more of the light black/grayish color of black stainless steel. We were looking for a pure black finish and while the refrigerator cabinet is pure black, the doors are not. It is HUGE! My wife and I were tired of our small, side-by-side frig. Never had enough room and it was difficult to fit large items. Those days are gone. This thing is ginormous. Of course with that large amount of interior space comes the exterior size as well. Even though I measured the space we had, seeing it actually in the house sitting there, we were a bit shocked at how large it is, especially the depth. The interior is very nice and has LED lighting. There are four shelves, one of which is a "folding shelf". It doesn't fold, more like slides, half of the shelf under to allow taller items, which is useful. There are four height positions that you can put the shelves on. Additionally, there are two shelves with drawers or "humidity controlled crispers" underneath. Both drawers have adjustments for humidity level. The Glide 'N' Serve drawer could serve a purpose I suppose if you wanted to keep a party tray or something in it instead of on the shelves. However, for everyday use, it is inconvenient since you have to fully open both refrigerator doors to open the drawer. The drawer has a temperature adjustment with three settings. The InstaView and door-within-door are good in theory at least. The InstaView allows you to see inside the door compartment, and by knocking twice on the glass, the light comes on. It is more of a novelty while the door-in-door more functional. Unless it is dark in the room, I can usually see inside without knocking on the glass and turning on the light. The door-in-door allows you to keep frequently used items in the door compartment and access them without opening the main frig door. This should keep more cold air in the frig and potentially save electricity. However, as previously mentioned, to get anything out of the Glide 'N' Serve drawer, you have to fully open both frig doors so that cancels out any savings. The inside door bins on the left, dispenser side of the frig are large enough to be useful, but not large enough to fit a jar of pickles. The top bin is only useful for very short items. Also, within this door, is the slim ice maker. On the outside of course, is the ice and water dispenser, as well as the control panel. We do not use either dispenser as our well water has a high iron content and we use bottled water. A water filter is included. The controls for temperature, ice (cubed/crushed), ice plus, water, air filter replacement reminder, water filter replacement, panel lock, and wifi connection indicator are all located on the control panel above the dispenser. Setup to wifi and connection to the LG SmartThinq app was easy. The only thing the app may be useful for is the door open alarm, which hasn't worked for me. The alarm sounded on the refrigerator itself, but I did not get a notification from the app. I did successfully adjust the temperature from the app. The freezer is large and has one sliding drawer that is also home to a removable ice bin for the second ice maker. The main freezer compartment has one adjustable, vertical divider. The lack of shelving or compartments means you have to dig through a bunch of frozen items to find what you are looking for. Or to even see what you have. This is inconvenient and means you have to keep the freezer open longer. Adjusting the doors so they are flush/same height, is not the easiest task. The left door should be simple using the provided wrench, but not so much. The right door you add snap clips on the hinge as spacers to raise the door. While lifting the door, you insert the snap clips on the hinge post with needle-nose pliers. Easier for two people to do, but I did it by myself. They only provide two clips whereas I probably need four to six of them. There are adjustable feet on the left and right of the front of the frig. Fairly easy to adjust with the included wrench. The frig is very quiet, rarely hear a sound from it. The water/ice dispenser does not have a light or a drip tray. Again, we do not use our dispenser, we use bottled water and don't use ice. Unfortunately, it is basically impossible to find a refrigerator of this size and design without a dispenser and ice maker. We would much rather have that interior space back for larger door bins and food. The door bins cannot be adjusted but can be removed. The bins in the door-within-door are extremely difficult to remove and especially put back in. They will get scratched. I have been unsuccessful in removing the "crisper" cover (shelf) even though there are instructions in the manual. It seems like I'm going to break it. The finish does seem to resist fingerprints but you'll get a lot of "knuckle prints" on the InstaView door glass if you use that feature. Overall, we are happy to have such a huge refrigerator that we can finally not have to worry about running out of space when stocking up at the store. We'll get over some of the minor inconveniences I'm sure, however we are disappointed about it not being closer to a pure black color. I just hope that it will last for a very long time, especially for how much it cost, as modern appliances are not known for their longevity.
