I have had this stove for a couple years. But it is very dangerous.The knobs are on the front and very accessible to small children. They turn on very easy, you brush against them and they turn on. I have to buy a new one because I almost caught my kitchen on fire. There should be a recall on it... But there is not .... Now I'm out over $1700.

Excellent service as always

I bought this oven in September 2020. It has never worked properly and 2 years later I am told it is the broiler element that LG nor Home Depot can get. LG's customer service is horrible, and they do not stand by their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really think this stove looks sleek. Works fantastic. The only thing I wish is that it automatically locked after a certain amount of time.

It is a beautiful stove. Hard to keep the ceramic top clean. Lower to the floor than expected. Have to get accustomed to the time it takes to bake and use the convection bake. Overall happy with purchase.

The bottom oven is somewhat low. Bakes perfectly. Love the look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the LG double oven slide in range for about two weeks now and I love it. I’ve had both ovens going simultaneously at different temperatures several times, what a convenience. Another feature I love is the “proof” setting on the larger oven so that I can let cinnamon buns rise at a consistent temperature. Another useful setting is the “warm” setting that is a little higher than the proof setting. I love the range and having two oven s is a real fan changer. I also love the look and ease of cleaning of the interior, the surface is a beautiful bright blue and very easy to keep clean with just a wipe of a wet cloth. The only negative is that the printing on the display is a little hard to read in dim light. But that is a minor inconvenience compared to all the benefits to this great range.

Beautiful and works on point

Double oven is great. Everything works fine. Only hard part was finding the serial number to send in warranty card. Delivery people took item out of box so it was not there. Delivery should point out where they hide it before leaving. Had to write to LG to find out where it was ... hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric stovetop cooks as fast as a gas stove. The double oven is helpful to cook meat or chicken in the top oven and the side items in the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always sworn by LG products and this oven is no exception. The appearance is stunning and the functions are just as good. The stove top boils water in half the time of our old oven. My partner has a great blueberry muffin recipe and in the new oven they came out better then ever. Would recommend to anybody.

POOR QUALITY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last fall and love the oven. Our first double oven and love the look. UNFORTUNATELY after baking accident we used Easy Off to clean. This RUINED to blue ceramic interior. While there ARE instructions not to use such cleaners, in my opinion this should be plastered in bold, capitalized words all across the oven, the manual, and the listing on their product. One of the main features attracting us to this product is now permanently damaged. YES, we should have researched this better, but since this is NOT replaceable nor repairable. For this reason, I feel they should UP their warning against using such cleaners. The cleaner itself has an unreadable warning to not use on self-cleaning ovens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs are supposed to push in before turning as a safety feature. The knobs still turn without having to push in, it has almost been a hazard a few times.

From the very first day installed I realized how easy it is to lean against the control buttons in the front of the stove and turn the fast heat on. I usually catch this but today there was a pizza box on the stove I was putting up groceries Leen to set something down didn’t realize that the high heat was put on and caught the box on fire! I wish I could return this I want to make everybody know that this is dangerous especially if you have children or animals that might jump up and accidentally push the button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range about one month ago and are very pleased. We enjoy the double oven feature, where each oven has completely independent controls. The various options for convection baking and for broiling are very useful. Performance has been great so far. We recommend one design change. The warning lights for Burner On and for Hot Surface are located on either side of the front panel. One or the other light is obscured by knobs if one stands slightly to the side. These safety lights should both be in the middle of the panel where they can be seen easily from any viewing angle.
