We had high expectations from this product but it doesn't even take out wrinkles from shirts and just leaves them damp.

Washer is vibrating excessively even though it's level. Only put an very small load in and it's shaking??

Absolutely useless, wished I would of know it doesn’t do anything before my return date was up

Try buying a hanger to go with the two it comes with. You'll pay $80 per hanger and wait at least a couple of weeks. LG is useless and will only send you to the scalpers.

Can't get hangers. Support is useless, just puts on a show and sends you to a third party that wants $80 a hanger.

I bought this is in august . I am happy to have it.

I bought this as a recommendation from my mother who also loves it and so gave it a try and will recommend it to my children

Stopped working in a year. I reached out to LG for support after it stopped working within a year. They informed me that the warranty had expired and suggested that I seek assistance independently. They provided me with a list of six service providers within a 50-mile radius. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to be familiar with this particular product and were unable to offer assistance.

Ordering and delivery was easy. The steam closet worked as advertised.

The styler does not smooth out ANY wrinkles in any fabrics. It does not do what it states. I was unable to return it due to installation taking longer than the 48- hour return time frame. Installation required three trips. Installers did not know what a styler was. First installers who came did not know what type appliance they cane to install and thought they were there to install an oven. When I showed them the styler, they told me that they did not know what that was and they had never seen or heard of it before. They also said they thought it was a refrigerator. The second installers came in walked right by the styler and asked me where it was. They thought they were installing a dryer and asked where the dryer was. How could any of these installers install an appliance they’ve never seen or heard of before? Lack of knowledge about the product and its installation is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I was afraid to use the styler when proper installation could not be guaranteed. After almost a week of being on the phone hit hours with LG and Home Depot, we gave up and installed it ourselves. Still doesn’t work. Waste of money, time and effort.

I bought this a few months ago and wasn't sure how I would like it. Love being able to hang clothing worn only a few hours and freshen it up. I have had a designer come in to arrange my laundry room along with the LG washtower. Excited to be out of my old basement laundry room!

I bought this item after seeing a unit at a family friend's home. This unit has a nice modern look to it and fits nicely into our living space although it is bulkier than I had imagined. In terms of functionality, I have not tried all the features but the regular cleaning does seem effective on my work clothes. Happy with the purchase!

I bought this a few weeks ago and the delivery was very fast. They brought into my room of choice. It’s worked great so far. Haven’t tried all the features but seems to remove wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KG Styler a few weeks ago and I am thrilled. The machine works quietly and takes all wrinkles out of my dresses and shirts. I am optimistic the Styler will ultimately save money on my dry cleaning bills.

With kids running around and family activities outside, this styler helps in all aspects of life. The kids always make their stuffed animals dirty, so having the styler sanitize their toys helps with keeping our hygiene up. With clothes, I tested the styler out after barbecuing. There was a big smoky smell on my clothes, so I placed the clothes in the Styler and put the status on Refresh > Light. The Styler took 20 minutes and got the smell out of the clothes. The Styler does it's job, I guess it's more getting used to which settings for which fabrics. In addition, the mirror finish doubled as a stand up mirror which we have been in the market for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refresh closet is wonderful! It refreshes clothing awesomely, but our favorite feature is the pants press. My husband loves the creases on his work pants and dress pants. It was actually my husband who talked me into getting the appliance and I’m glad he did! At first we thought we’d put it in the laundry room, but then realized it made more sense to put it right outside our walk-in closest. When we take our clothes off we can put them in for a refresh before we put them away and at night we put our outfits for the next day in and they are perfect in the morning! Very practical and it saves on the cost and hassle of some of our dry cleaning.

I bought the Styler to complement my laundry/dry cleaning. As I have a large number of fine clothing which I try to preserve from getting cleaned too often. At the same time, the sanitizing is the way to go.

I bought this as an addition with our new laundry set. It’s a must for those that do not want to wear out there clothing that machine washing can do over time. If what we were wearing isn’t dirty or stained, we use the Styler to sanitize our clothing to retain its color and fabric. We’ve found this to be a must especially if you wear expensive clothing.

Since it was delivered to my place I use it almost every day. It refreshes, sanitizes and dries clothes. I'm happy to wear them after freshly being steamed.
