March 26 2019 I bought this Laview camera system because of a friend had it and it was also on a special sale. Did what the quick guide set up step by step, but nothing was shown, no videos. After bench testing and playing around with the various settings for the NVR I did a factory reset to start with a clean slate but the camera's passwords were different than what I thought I had entered due to the mouse double clicking were erased. So I called a friend to help out spending for a few hours and he gave it up. I had read some other reviews about the technical support that didn't help much. So I decided to return it.
