Reliable but could use an update
Pros:
Reliable, well reviewed, looks good.
Cons:
1) Buttons are squishy and doesn't have a nice 'click' to it. I didn't even think about this when buying but it would be good for the buttons to be more on the firmer side like a standard button type switch.
2) The memory button in the center is only available on the pico remote. To get the standard switch with a memory button in the center you have to spend twice as much. Sad that the Pico remote has more functionality than the main switch.

Good close to great
I bought these when insteon stopped working. The installation was easy, easier then others as no neutral was required. The only negative is the switch itself. It's 4 separate buttons, on off dimmer up and dimmer down. This is nothing more than over engineering. These switches are replacing normal rocker switches. This were simpler and easier to use. In the dark these are very difficult to operate. The buttons are too small to use by feel. They work great but should just be a simple rocker.

Solid Functions
I bought this to integrate with HomeKit. My wife uses the switch at the wall more than I do. So far it's mostly automated and we don't have to use the buttons that much.
I wish it had a favorite setting button like the Pico remote but other than that it's a perfect solid way to control our ceiling lights.

Nice light switch, missed 2 marks for me, only comes in white. The second thing is that when you turn it on, it goes to full strength. I would like it to return to the previous setting, but hey, if you want to, you can use the adjustment switch to go from off to whatever dimmer you’d like.

I switched to Lutron Caseta after Insteon went out of business and shut down their server, rendering all my hub and light switches devices useless since they no longer were programmable. The Caseta dimmer switches were easy to install and so far, work well. The Lutron application on Apple devices is straightforward but did take some time to understand fully. The Lutron app also works well under Apple HomeKit, and allows integration with smart devices (leak detectors, etc.) from other supported vendors.

Switch is fine for single pole but does not have wiring necessary to use in a 3-way application with a mechanical switch. 3-way applications require buying a separate wireless remote and abandoning existing 3-way wiring or purchasing “pro” switch which is twice as expensive.

Hello! Yes, the PD-6WCL is a Single-Pole only dimmer switch. If you would like to use this device in a 3-way application you will have to use a Pico wireless remote. Our PD-10NXD Caseta dimmer is designed in such a way that you would be able to wire it in a 3-way application with a standard mechanical switch if you needed to.

Didn't like the fact that after spending $55 + tax,...
Didn't like the fact that after spending $55 + tax, it needs a Smart Bridge, which cost $80 + tax.
It makes no sense to me, so I returned and I bought a Commercial Electric one for $20 that doesn't need any extra equipment to work.

Quick and Easy Smart Home
These switches make it really easy to transition a regular house into a smart home. Installation is quick, though I’d prefer that they not use the pigtails. Adding additional control is easy with the Pico switches and the bridge (which is required to integrate with their app). It also integrates nicely with Smartthings. The downside is the price — these are expensive and retrofitting my current home cost about $1000. However, you can add switches over time and spread out the cost

Lutron's bridge and smart dimmer's blow away any of the smart devices I have tried. Stablility, connectivity and software are all rock solid. The only bad thing I can say is that Lutron does not take advantage of a horizontal display.

great product. HD's home delivery not so much.
i love the lutron wifi switches and i am converting my entire home to those switches. BUT, the fedex delivery by HD was delayed three days because of 'weather'. the climate here was in the mid forties all of those days. C'mon HD and FedEx....you can do better!

Good so far
The switch works well and I had it hooked up in a few minutes. I had to call tech support to help link the remote. Guess I missed those instructions on the wiring diagram: hold the off button on switch for 6 secs, then the center button on remote for 6.
