It's difficult for this switch to fit into the box if it's a box with lots of wire connections, but it works beautifully!

Easy to install & really like that the package came with 2 different color options for the face (cream or white) so the face can be changed easily without having to rewire or buy another outlet.

We received everything we thought in this purchase. It completed our ceiling fan installation!

The quality is great but it could be better. This only works for BOTH light and fan speed. The paddle only works on the light and will not turn the fan on\off. The fan control is the up and down on the right only. I wish for two things: The paddle should be backlight\illuminated The paddle should be enabled to work as an on\off so the vertical switch is the speed. I returned this and purchased another lutron product that does work elsewhere.

These were a little difficult to install, but with some common sense I figured it out. I like the flat switch look. I think it modernizes the room.

This is the best light and fan control I've seen. All the other ones are clunky. Since we use the light the most and rarely the fan, this is perfect!

So far so good and easy to install

This is a great solution for a Decora (Rocker) style fan/light control when you don't need a dimmer on the light and have a 3 wire (not including the ground) to the fan.

It makes it very easy to control the brightness or dimness of the light and makes it extremely easy social act one of the three speeds fan rotation. Silent and easy-to-use Via touch

Basically what I expected. A good switch that was easy to install! So far, so good. Would buy agin. One note, there are not a lot of options for ceiling fan switches with light controls.

I was looking for a switch for a ceiling fan that I was installing, something that could be wired to independently switch the light on/off and then switch the fan on/off so I wouldn't have to use the pulldown cords. I wired it so the rocker switch controlled the light and the dimmer controls the fan, which is how it is intended to be used via the description and included wiring diagram. However, while this switch works, it doesn't work how I wanted. The switch rocker has to be toggled on in order to use the fan at all, so if I want to run the fan at night without the light on, I still have to pull the cord to turn the light off. I think the Lutron Maestro Fan Control switch is what I need for this operation, and plan to buy and install that one instead.

When changing speeds, all the lights on that circuit flash, and i mean really flash. Thinking of returning them. This is not something that should happen when you change speeds.
