One way you can help alleviate flickering is by adjusting the LED's dimming range--especially the low end of the range. Our LED+ dimmers feature a low-end adjustment, which you can use to do just that. Adjusting the range is easy; see page 13 of the following programming guide:

We also suggest making sure your LED has been tested and approved by Lutron to provide the best dimming performance with your dimmer. There is currently no industry standard in LED manufacturing; since not all LEDs are designed the same, performance will vary with different dimmers. Because of this, we offer a mobile-friendly web tool to help you select LEDs that work best with Lutron dimmers. To use the tool, please visit lutron.com/ledfinder.

This dimmer works really great. I used this with companion switches which allowed us to control the lighting from 4 separate locations.

semi compatible wdith LED lights
I have can-less LED bulds. Its works with the LED lights on/off and dims. The annoying part is when you turn them on the switch turns them on to the second level and then back off for about 3 seconds, then back on again to full brightness. Super annoying. When i read up on these certain LED bulbs cause the dimmer to hesitate or delay before bulbs turn on. Its a shame, love the look but dont think i can get over the delay. Ill box up the 10 switches i bought and send them back.
