I was so excited to buy new outdoor furniture for my first house. This couch is beautiful, stylish, and the price point is great. So I bought it. And then the regret seeped in. The delivery for this was so painful. The shipping truck company has not modernized at all and messed up the scheduling several times. The driver was great and helpful and friendly. They left the GIANT box it came in. Don’t know how I’m going to get that in the bin. I unpackaged it, say down with my morning tea and my doogo jumps up with me and covers the cushion in paw prints. No problem! It’s an outdoor couch. I used water to wipe off and it’s better but not totally gone. I’m worried now this thing will be nice for 10 minutes after I wash the cushions and dingy the rest of the time. It is very comfortable. Hopefully my experience with this thing improves.

The couch looks nice but it’s very very very lightweight and is not very comfortable. The cushions (even the large bottom couch cushion) blew away and now we are missing pieces. All in all, it looks good from afar and that’s about it

Look is nice but it’s super uncomfortable. Hard bottom cushions and plush back. Most that sit don’t share their thoughts because it’s so uncomfortable. So big for the look only

We have two of these on our huge wrap around front porch and it looks fab with two rocking chairs and two ceramic stools. BEAUTIFUL. We created two separate living rooms for each side of our wrap around balcony and it is gorgeous!!

The sofa sits much lower than it appears in the photo and it’s a good value for the price but definitely not high end outdoor furniture

Patio set is beautiful great quality. Covers are removable so they can be washed.

3 pieces in Aura collection are more attractive than the pictures online. They are simple, unobtrusive color, and comfortable...very happy with purchase!

Amazing price - !!! A little uncomfortable ... but I’m sure it will get broken in . Looks great . Wish they had the chair available in white

This sofa looks great, but the design leaves something to be desired functionally. The cushions compress pretty quickly when you're sitting on them--though they do bounce back. The biggest issue is that having two layers of cushions doesn't actually provide stable, level support under the seat. I find that I end up sliding down toward the front edge of the sofa over time.

The seat is extremely low and the sofa sits on the ground. Nice looking but not functional. Would be appropriate for children.

No assembly required, great quality, and we get lots of compliments on the style!

It is a dream to entertain on and sleep on!

I LOVE this couch. It's very firm which is rare for patio furniture. It also sits high even though it's frame is on the shorter side. The cushions covers are also truly water repellant. Definitely worth the price.

Great product and a great price. Delivery schedule a bit disheveled but all good now.

We bought the couch, chair and table. We 100% love them all! I can see why some reviews state the issues with the cushions - but for the price point, we think this product is excellent. We family of four with two teenagers) use it every day at some point to relax on - read, have coffee etc. We never cover it and the cushions wipe and dry easily. Highly recommend! But if you are looking for "luxury pieces, this is not for you"
