This was a wonderful solution for our new granite countertop. This is advertised correctly as an undermount sink. Do not be fooled by Moen advertising on dual purpose, top or undermount, models as they are far inferior to this model.

Now Using G18231 in Fourth House
We are veteran renovators, and are now living in the fourth house in which we've installed this outstanding Moen sink (G18231). I believe that says it all about its style, function, etc.
