We're remodeling our bathrooms and ordered the matt black shower head, and it came with cheap plastic water hose. Re-ordered the bronze version, also came with plastic water hose. The product picture is quite deceptive, it looks like metal but it's not. This is totally different than the product description which says it's metal hose. I've had the chrome version a few years ago, that that had metal water hose. Now MOEN is charing customer twice the price of the chrome one, AND with cheaper part!!! I'm disappointed in MOEN, will look to try other newer brands.

Easy to assemble, matches well with other shower fixtures, water pressures are great.

The shower head and the magnetic attaching is very nice. For some reason they give you an inflexible rubber hose all folded up in the box, totally useless and doesn't straighten (see photo). So add another $25 to the price to buy a decent black hose from somewhere online (as Home Depot don't stock a black hose!).

It's perfect easy to use. The magnetic base was the best to come with. Easy hook and remove with six spay settings.

Exactly what I hoped for! Good pressure, 6 options to choose from. The magnet works fantastic. The only downside is that I wish there was a button or option to turn the head on/off while using it when hand-held. Overall a great deal!

Bought this to replace another Moen shower head. Both of them are the "eco-performance" ones so they both use the same max volume of water (1.75 GPM / 6.6L/min). Got this one mainly so I could more easily clean the standing shower with the handheld part and get a larger coverage when showering with the larger head. In the main mode of just regular shower this works very well, no dripping while in use and when shutting off, drips very minimally before fully stopping. Build quality is excellent and won't feel like a cheap product. The magnet works very well and is strong enough to stay on so it won't get bumped and come off. To remove it you need to angle it upwards from the handle otherwise it's too strong to remove by directly pulling. The tab you push to change shower modes feels very quality, glides smoothly and has strong clicks/detents to tell you when you have hit the other mode. When swapping mid shower, depending on which mode you are switching to and from, there will be some dripping for a few seconds before it fully goes into the new mode. Each mode was drip free once it got started. The only downside to this showerhead and why it doesn't get full stars is that some of the modes are essentially useless. Because this showerhead has an "eco" max volume of water, the mode like the "massage" is pointless because there is not enough water pressure going through to allow it to work properly. I basically only leave it on the shower setting and use it only for that. I don't think other modes on this shower head were necessary and they should have lowered the cost and just made this a single mode shower head.

Low water pressure doesn't overcome the nifty magnet. I had a cheaper unit installed prior that you could control pressure on - this only has one setting.

The install was extremely simple, a hand with moderate strength is all you will need! Would it have killed Moen to toss in 12" of plumbers tape? Only reason I gave it four stars. Magnet is strong, looks good and array of sprays is perfect. Sllid value purchase.

Bought this item and had it installed by a professional plumber. In less than 1 week of use the plastic end that screws onto the water supply broke and the whole thing came tumbling down. The water was on, but the shower head was not even being touched at the time. Take the claim of "Shower Head in Chrome" cautiously. The screw on part is plastic (see the grey in the picture), and apparently very low quality.

The product is very well designed and I love the magnetic head however, due to the water restrictor that's inside the showerhead it has poor water flow/pressure. So, I removed the water restrictor and now it works wonderfully!

I bought this handheld shower to add to my existing rain shower head. I wanted a handheld shower so that I could wash/rinse the shower walls. I had to install a Moen shower arm diverter (CL707BN) so that I could use my existing rain shower head. With this added diverter, I can use just the rain shower head, or just the handheld shower head, or both shower heads together. The handheld shower works great, and has 6 different spray options.

We purchased at Home Depot November 4, 2019--hose portion broke apart spraying water everywhere, February 4, 2020. Price at $59.98 would be OK if product lasted at least a few years. At 3 months it's very disappointing. We will see if Home Depot will take a return.

I absolutely love this shower head. I had to find a slower flow removable shower head and I couldn’t be happier!! The installation was One that I was able to do myself with minimal amount of tools or efforts and I am a woman that is not very handy. If I can install it anybody can. I just suggest if you have an older showerhead that you’re replacing soak it in some formula that dissolves lime, rust and mildew to loosen up the stuff that’s been built over the years. The magnetic hold on the handle is strong, and there’s 3 different choices for how the water releases. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great removable shower head!

The shower head is nice, I like the variety of the sprays that are available. It was easy to install and the magnetic part works really well! What I don’t like is the hose. Even though I’ve run hot water through it and then let it hang, it’s still very stiff and hard to manage.

Looked online for options and read people's comments prior to heading at Home Depot. I was set on getting MOEN Attract 6-Spray 5.5 in., but I end up grabbing this MOEN Attract 6-Spray 4 in. Handheld Shower with Magnetix in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel. The shower head looks great, but why does the hose's color different and I'm a little worried how long the plastic part will last. Installed everything effortless and without using any tools. I used it right away and noticed water leak behind the handheld bracket even with teflon tape. Lastly, it seems like its restricting water flow. Water are trying to come out of the tub faucet while using the shower head. Debating if I should exchange it to my original option (Attract 6-Spray 5.5 in.).

After reading reviews on different sites, I went with the Moen magnetix & could not be happier! The price doesn't hurt the pocket & install is super easy!!! The shower is very nice! Did not realize how bad the shower I replaced was until the Moen! Happy girl here!

This shower head works very well. It's not built cheaply like most handhelds. The hose is very flexible and not stiff plastic and the magnet that holds the head on is surprisingly strong.

Like the magnet for the simple and easy to get off and on feature.

Easy to assemble. Had to fine tune so it didn't leak. What's really great about this shower is the magnetic attachment. I'm short and my shower is big. With the other handheld I had to stand on the shower's edge to attach the head which made it dangerous for a slip and fall. With the magnetic attachment it is easy breezy. Much safer. If the magnetic attachment maintains it strength this was a good buy. The adjustable nozzle is perfect for shampooing, gentle spray and for directional pulsating stream that targets areas of body for sore muscles, etc.

Quick and easy installation.

I bought this about a year ago (the attract) model and we love the ease of use of the magnetic feature and shower head but the finish began to crack by the handle giving it a sharp, broken feeling like I’m going to cut my finger or hand on it. I’ll contact the company because it’s all good besides that.

This is a SOLID product. Very well-made. Unfortunately, since the dock is at the top of the showerhead (instead of the base), it is too short for me. I need the extra height, so I'm returning it.

Strong magnet hold. Attractive and no.leaking! Easy to install. It is shiny chrome look. More complete spray than our other. Decent spray considering 1.75 GPM.

Excellent fit and finish. Ergonomic handle. Works flawlessly! I only wish the hose could be a little bit longer.

First review ever. I had a plumber install this shower head 2 days ago, took two showers. It was great. 3rd shower tonight and the plastic piece snapped and split open (see photo), water squirting out all over. So now what? I have to pay the plumber again??

This MOEN ATTRACT 6-SPRAY 4 IN. HAND SHOWER WITH MAGNETIX IN SPOT RESIST IN BRUSHED NICKEL is an excellent replacement for my old OEM shower head. My home was built in 2008 with original Moen bath fixtures throughout the house so I wanted to keep the same vibe as my personal preference. Installation is as simple as it can be if you have standard shower arms. No adjustments needed for my application. Unscrew old shower head, follow install instructions and replace with this ATTRACT 6-SPRAY 4 IN. HAND SHOWER WITH MAGNETIX IN SPOT RESIST in BRUSHED NICKEL. Done! Hit the showers with 6 different settings for individual flexibility and a vigorous stream of H2O coming out of it's rub clean nozzles. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The attachment piece which is plastic, literally cracked and broke in the middle of the thread line where there should be much stress.
