Two complete sets of bathroom faucets to replace standard faucets that had been installed when my home was built. These look and feel much better than the jaggedly crystal ball shaped handles with the low-arch faucets. These are not only more refined in appearance, but they also have no crevice between the faucet and the sink top, where it was difficult to clean – these faucets are much easier to wipe down and keep clean all around at the base. Removing the old faucet was not easy, thanks to some unorthodox plumbing supplies that had been used (probably on the cheap). Once I managed to remove the old faucet (picture wielding two sets of plyers in a tight space for too long while in an uncomfortable position), installing the new "MOEN Hensley Single Handle Single Hole Bathroom Faucet in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel" was easy.

The faucet is really nice looking and has a solid feel. It was also easy to install. The only con I had was the aerator wouldn't have a straight stream depending on how much water you let through (meaning small amounts of water sprayed different directions making a little mess). I cleaned the aerator and it eventually stopped after a week or so. Moen sent me another aerator anyway. Overall, it's a great faucet.

We replaced three bathroom faucets with the Moen Hensley. The are attractive and resonably priced. We like the brushed nickle finish and the single handle control.

It was the wrong brand - the box was taped up, but i figured home depot at least had the correct faucet …I was wrong, it was a different style and brand .

Works and look great

The directions are clear and installation went smoothly. The included drain assembly is gray plastic as opposed to metal.

Great looking faucet, came with the water supply lines, works well.

As the title states. Purchased this faucet in February for a bathroom renovation. Installed in March and by July the base plate clear coating is bubbling and rust is forming underneath from trapped mosture. The main body of the faucet is still in excellent condition, as it should be. The fixture is still functioning perfectly, but again, for the price i shouldnt have to be dealing with Moen warranty services 6 months after installation. Will update and possibly increase rating depending on how the interaction with Moen customer service goes.

Purchased 28 February of 2022 for a small bathroom renovation. Installed in March of 2022. As of July of 2022 the finish is peaking off the base plate and corroding underneath. Never used any cleaning chemicals, just plain water and a soft cloth. I expected far better quality from Moen. The Delta faucet we purchased for the kitchen and upstairs bathroom still look like new. Very disappointing. I suppose I’ll have to buy a Delta or American Standard to replace this one.

Assembly was easy given the attached hoses. Love the sharp edged look of the faucet.
