I purchased these in order to replace old chrome toilet...
I purchased these in order to replace old chrome toilet paper holder & hand towel loop in my bathroom during a re-paint makeover. I'm very pleased with the look and general ease of installation. I didn't want the hand towel loop where the towel bunches at the bottom of the loop, so I used a toiler paper holder as a small towel rack.

I love this toilet paper holder!
I just installed this toilet paper holder in September 2022. I am a registered nurse and this was my first time installing something like this. The worst/hardest part was ensuring the paper template was straight on the wall using a level. Once that was accomplished, the rest of the installation was a piece of cake! I really like this TP holder; changing the TP is a breeze. No more TP rolls rolling across the floor because the roller popped off. I highly recommend this item and will buy another one for my other bathroom. (I installed this in the master bathroom.) It is a great quality and I think it will last for years.

Moen pivoting toilet paper holders
Moen’s line of pivoting toilet paper holders is a great example of a good idea that’s terribly designed. The tolerance required to get the arm to line up is not achievable using the provided wall anchors, which require a 5/16” hole. Expensive garbage.

Metric Screw Length too short
supporter of the Moen brand "Quality" The length of the metric screws that tighten holder to the wall are embarrassing. The screw is too short to property tighten the holder, it falls through. Had to go to hardware store to buy replacements.

Ease in installation surprised me, it didn't take very long at all. It is very convenient for changing TP rolls and prevents scratching up the fixture because there is not sliding a spring loaded cylinder like other kinds I've used in the past. Love it.

I had this toilet paper holder installed in my newly renovated shower.
Pros: It was an easy install and looks very nice. Easy to open and replace toilet paper, I love that feature.
Cons: I think this product is way over priced. It's a toilet paper holder almost $30 I think is ridiculous.

Not the worst product, but close
This could be fine if you are attaching to wood or plywood. If you are attaching to drywall or green board (99% of US bathrooms) then forget it. Product is designed such that the set screw extracts the drywall anchors. Not only would I not buy this again, I would need to be paid to take it. I still wouldn't install it, I'd just throw it away.

High-Quality and Beautiful

For $25 and 15 minutes, this thing is practically magical.
Listen, since I installed this, I’ve had to change the roll like twice in two months. Gone are the days of my wife leaving 3 squares, to justify why she didn’t just change it.
All joking aside, for ease and speed of use, this style of paper holder is disproportionately better that posts-and-spring-cylinder. This is a $200 quality of life improvement with a $25 price tag.
