We spent thousands on this flooring and have had it in numerous rooms for about 2 years. Even in low traffic areas, the boards are cracking at the bits where they click together. We’re going to have to replace this, as so many boards are cracked and disconnected from neighboring boards now. And I can only assume that the “warranty” will state that it was an issue with installation and won’t cover anything.

This flooring is great for the price. I finished my basement and used this product. Very easy to install. Take your time and you will have no issues. It looks great in my room.

So let me start off by saying I purchased this flooring without looking at in person first. Which is something I would never do but the price was right and the reviews were very good for this product so I decided to take a chance. I read a lot of reviews and found this was just what I was looking for, the color and texture and size of the planks are what I wanted and I could get this for about a dollar cheaper per square foot than the more name brand HD carried. I was laying about 1200 sf in a basement so the dollar a square foot helped the cost quite a bit. I was hoping that they carried this in store but my local stores did not have it. I love the flooring. The color I chose was Woodland Sunderland and I really like it and it looks just like the pictures on the computer screen I also liked the texture and how it went down and how it connected. I had no problems what so ever I was very happy with it. It seems very durable and does not seem to scratch easily. I would purchase again!

Looks great very easily damaged if you are not on your game when you start your at home project with this you'll end up disappointed with your self and then damage you caused to a corner or a side for 3.5 a sqft you would expcet something a little more

Gorgeous flooring, relatively easy to install after first few rows. Make sure you secure the short ends. No chipping!

After installation I was pleased with the result, but since then we have had issues with the end seams coming apart in several areas. We’ve also had issues with bubbling, but hubby thinks it’s because of nails/screws in the subfloor popping up.

I did my reviews before purchasing.I did get a professional installer because I found that diyer’s were having problems.The installation went great and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

Color: MSI Ripton.. was very hesitant to order online but took a chance and couldn’t be happier..the color is just like pic online..when I opened box I thought it wouldn’t be dark enough..but after installed I LOVE it..Great product!

My floors turned out beautifully. My contractor was careful to use each piece and I was actually able to return additional boxes. I have dusted and mopped the floors with no problem. It’s waterproof and if laid correctly, I believe it will be long lasting

Wnen it comes the box is listed as Cyrus Wolfboro. It’s more grey in person but photographs more brown. It’s a gorgeous color. As i was reading reviews deciding what color to buy no one listed the color they bought. So frustrating. Anyway. I had a hard time getting the product at first but at no fault to Home Depot. The service they use AAA cooper are just the worst. They refused to deliver so the store manager personally delivered my pallet. I live an hour from the store. So that was a big deal. I bought enough to do the entire house, but so far have only opened 3 boxes. No broken planks in those boxes. I’m a single mom trying to do it on my own so it might be a while before I get to all the boxes. The click lock is really easy. The hardest part for me was cutting around door jambs. It looks just like wood. Nice grain. Moved the toilet and no scratches

I ordered two boxes on line. They sent me one gray box and one tan box. I had to buy another gray box before they would refund and pick up the wrong tan box. I had some trouble lining up the planks so they would match each other too.

5mm thickness is just fine for slightly coarse concrete surface. (I added the cheapest 1mm underlayment just in case.) This vinyl plank flooring gives luxurious look and durability. I wish my local Home Depot always have enough stock in store so I don't need to wait over a week to get the pallet derived.

Easy to install love the floor

We received our order and almost every piece was damaged during delivery. Returned and reordered and hoping the new ones are better.

Delivered to store for pick up on time. The floor was exactly what I wanted. Easy installation and looks beautiful

Flooring is beautiful. However several cases are damaged when I received them. As I unbox I keep finding more and more damaged pieces.

I prefer the floors 3 different times and all the boards in the box have come in chipped and unusable. Have had to return 3x. Currently waiting on the newest box to show up. Completely disappointed.

All boxes damaged. Now out of product with the job unfinished. Ever again.

Floors look amazing!

It is exactly what we wanted! Has the gray undertones we were looking for, yet has enough variation in color that it will go with a variety of furniture and paint colors.

Better have a level floor or won't stay joined. Don't buy a pallet. Buy individual boxes...48 equals a pallet. If you have any left over, you can't return...as you don't have the complete pallet. Weird! Price is the same either way. I gave up on Home Depot.

The floor looks really good. I love the color.
