Large color variation. One corner chipped. Other that that product met expectations. Edges not finished like tops.

The only complaint I have of this product is the color variation is wild -- it goes all the way from white to walnut brown. I was looking to use this in a chessboard pattern and at one point I was afraid I'll not have any contrast. Overall, it worked out alright because I had ordered more than required and I was able to pick out the tiles that worked for the pattern.

I love the tiles themselves, but I'm disappointed because 7 tiles in one pallet were broken when they arrived. I inspected the tiles on arrival - the delivery guy (a really nice chap, I must say) and I looked at the 5 pallets I had ordered. One pallet looked like it had two slightly broken tiles, one on the top and one at the bottom. Since I had ordered a few more than I really needed, I accepted delivery. After many rainy days in upstate New York, there was finally one weekend when weather allowed me to work on the patio and I began unpacking the tiles. It was so disappointing to see tile after tile being broken and concealed (the broken parts were on the inner side that could be seen when examining the package). What bothered me most is that it looked like someone tried to hide the fact that the tiles were broken when packing them. That is definitely NOT nice. It is one thing for them to get broken in transport, but sending in broken stuff is just very poor behavior. I called Home Depot and they said they'll send in the replacement, but I've not heard back for two weeks! Thankfully, I had just enough to finish my project and it looks good (I think). So, in the end, if you're looking for very expensive crushed rock then this is what you'd want to order.

5 of the pavers had huge chunks broken off. 10 pavers were cracked. Company claimed it happened during shipping. But, the pavers were wrapped and broken pieces weren’t there. If it happened during shipping, where did the pieces go if pavers were wrapped in plastic? MSI shipped pavers knowing they were broken.

This silver travertine is absolutely beautiful

I needed to match an existing condition, and this product worked great. There was a small snafu at ordering, but we resolved that.

The pallet arrived as scheduled and packed properly. The travertine was exactly as shown on the website.

The pavers were much lighter-colored than I expected, based on the pictures (most were more of light tan color, rather than the darker reddish brown color in the pictures). But my main problem with this order is the fact that the pavers were supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks but instead they took about a month to get to me. Home Depot did a terrible job estimating the arrival date for the order, didn't do a good job updating me on it, and never gave me a reason for why it took so long for these to arrive.

15 pieces-most were very nice quality but a couple had holes in them

The pavers are of good quality and arrived in good condition. A few or the larger pavers arrived chipped or broken which can be expected with this type of material.

Pavers were high quality. Only one was cracked. Overall, very pleased.

Very pleasant surprise! Stones arrived gray and featureless. Used Miracle Sealants Stone Cleaner and then Miracle Sealents 511 Sealer and Enhancer. Followed their instructions carefully and Wow! The stones became intensely colorful! They are going into a 21' by 35' Grandpa's Woods (Garden). The whole package is a little expensive but you get what you pay for... Really can't ask for more. Logistics worked well with the trucking company putting the stones directly into my garage!

Was hesitant because the online pictures were minimal but the stones were a perfect blend of grey and beige tones. Installed as stepping stone in a turf project and the size, finish, and thickness were ideal. Exceeded expectation.

I know these pavers are natural stones, but there were quite a few holes and a few of the tiles were actually broken upon arrival. Good thing we had a few extras to choose from for the project. I like the look of the patio now that it is all laid out and in the ground, but I wonder about the color over time. Also, it would be nice to be able to purchase individual tiles if needed.

Good product which met my expectations, albeit the high price. The product was easy to work with and looked good.
