It is the worst floor I have ever installed, it is super difficult to install. Is súper delicate you see and broken

Good for the price. There were a lot of bad planks ( about 5%) but it went together pretty easy and looks good. Only had it installed for about 2 weeks now.

I bought two colors of this flooring. It looks good when installed. But wait a few months and you start seeing the sides and edges pop up. See the attached photos. My flooring guy warned me about this while installing as he couldn’t get them to click fully and nicely/flat all the time.

I just installed this in 3 rooms of my house and I absolutely love it. Have to dry mop it and put everything back but this is a clear pic of the floor.

While doing a remodel on my guest bathroom, I choose this flooring to cover a dated whitish tile. I never go for the cheapest or most expensive but opt for somewhere in the middle. For the money spent this flooring made such a huge transformation in the bathroom, I decided to purchased additional flooring to cover the same whitish tile throughout my kitchen and breakfast area. HUGE, HUGE TRANSFORMATION! HUGE! I LOVE THIS COLOR!! Not too grey, not too brown and not too rustic! ?

This flooring looks amazing. I had it professionally installed without any transitions at the doorways. The seamless look enlarges my space. Great product.

When installing U have to be very careful to tap the plank, or the tongue and groove will splinter. When trying to “uninstall”, the short male side will bend very easily, which makes that side unusable. Definitely not worth the money. What a hassle!

Love it. Looks great. Versatile color. Wanted it on the lighter side. Quiet as well with the backing it came with and the blue 3mm underlayment. My son said it was easy to use and install.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, Might as well buy wood floors at this cost!!!!! 6 of the 10 planks in every box are already broken!! SERIOUSLY FOR $$$50/box!??!?!?! This is luxury....

Do not buy a pallet of this material. If you have left over up opened cases, you can not return them. Buy 54 individual cases so you can return unopened cases. I’m now stuck with $550 of material.

In my opinion, this particular flooring is definitely not "Luxury" as stated. The quality was disappointing. I am still having to buy more boxes to supplement the pieces that kept breaking along the click & lock seams.

It was as easy to install as any other flooring. This is an example of (you get what you paid for.). I’d say it’s brittle, it’ll scratch easy or it’s very delicate. This product should be used for walls or something else that wouldn’t have traffic on it. A simple rock or pebble in a boot would scratch it.

Some pieces were chipped in box and others chipped during installation.

Product looks nothing like sample or above pic. I am returning it tomorrow! The salesman (Tom?) was very helpful - not his fault.

Really nice color. Great flooring to work with. Highly recommend to use. I used it in my entire basement and it looks amazing. Great price for the quality.

The floor was good but I had to return 4 boxes because they were damaged!

The product itself is good. The in-store experience was a total disaster. Just trying to get someone to assist me took over 35 minutes. They kept calling for assistance on the isle that I was at, but no one would come. They had to call 4 times, and by then I finally flagged someone down. That person couldn't help, called someone else, then called someone else, etc. Overall it took 3 people almost an hour to help me buy a box that cost $50ish. So, 3 people at let's say $20/hour, cost Home Depot $60 for an item that cost $50ish.. Not very efficient!!! and the overall experience was poor at best.

I love it and the installers were above professional. I am very pleased.

This was a tough product to work with, my contractor had a difficult time installing, and although I bought more than needed, I was still not able to return anything because they continued to crack.
