When it showed up at my door. I was surprised at the packaging. It was only wrapped in plastic. No box or padding. One of the clamps, was actually a little bit bent. I fixed it with a pair of vice grips. The platforms work great!

This adjustable portable work platform was perfect for the uneven surface I needed to work on and was easy to use.

The specifications list this platform at 15.5 inches wide.......and it is......if you count the width of the legs. But the platform itself is only 12 inches wide. Had I known this in advance I would have simply bought a similar platform that was already in stock at my local HD store for the same price instead of making an online purchase.

Used two of these for me and a helper to install 30' of cabinetry in my garage, they worked great on the type of uneven floor I was working on.

When this work bench arrived, it was dented, so I knew I would be returning it. In the meantime I used it on camping trip. Upon reviewing other similar products, I went with the Gorilla slim design workbench. It is excellent. It folds flat unlike the metal tech design. It has an easy push button release and has a solid top. Hands down, that product is so much better.

Well, this was the only adjustable height work platform I could find in the U.S. Apparently they're more popular in the UK and Australia (more of a variety there). It's pretty good though, wider than my boots on top, and there's enough room for a spare tire beside me standing on it (I mainly got one to work with a vehicle roof rack). It's more compact than most ladders or step stools that go as high, since it doesn't have hand rails over the top, and fits beside what I'm standing in front of more closely. Now ordering another one for general purpose household stuff (or to use along with the other as saw horses or maybe side by side).
