I have used nothing but Snapon 14.4 and 18v tools since they came out. Now comparing this to the Snapon 3/8 ratchet it blows it out of the water. Stronger, battery lasts longer ,just a better product. Went all Milwaukee to replace Snapon.

Epic for areas where your hands have no room to rotate. Best part is it stops at a little over 60 ft/lbs so unlike an air ratchet, your knuckles don’t get slammed. Battery lasts a long time and this set comes with a free one (same price as bare tool). Just need to have a charger. The little light also helps you see better when working on vehicles. Made installation of my airbags a breeze especially for those ridiculously long bolts.

Another excellent tool by Milwaukee but it would have been nice of Milwaukee to throw in the protective boot like Snap-on, Mac, or Matco Tools always did for me or charge $5 at the most. Have you seen what Milwaukee wants for their rubber protective boot (and battery packs)? Milwaukee don't be greedy like that. There I had to say it. I used a FREE Matco spare I had and it looks awesome. I still gave 5 stars but I probably shouldn't have.

Nice tool to have in my arsenal of tools. Especially convenient when u need to get into a spot that an air hose would normally get in the way. I also bought the boot for it to keep it a lil protected.

I am a boat mechanic and a ranch hand and I use my Milwaukee tools daily and I would not be so Efficient with out my tools I try and buy a new one 1’s a month

This lost a star from me, because I was hoping to use this on my Cargo Van (140ft/lbs ) and the nut did not budge. This did work well when I had to remove a toilet, I believe I needed an 18mm socket for the flange bolt. This was able to fit into the tight space to get it off. To remove the sockets, I recommend having something nearby to push the pin, in my case, I had my hex key set, so I was able to stick it in and push the pin. Maybe this would work better for small sedans but I would not recommend it for SUV's

This thing rocks. Much lighter and smaller than my previous one. Seems to but just as strong with less fatigue on my hand when using it

Its a little bulky and under powered. Just trying to remove a caliper bolt it falls on its face. I got the 1/4 and the 3/8 ratchets I even got the better battery so I'm not impressed.

I have a few of these, and others in the line of ratchets, once you use them, you won’t know how you did without them

suitable ratchet to do your Fast Mechanic job, you can do brakes, water pumps, suspension for the whole car enters all areas and has 65 pounds of force has a lot of power, fast I do my job :)

I grew up with dewalt and have a pretty complete set of dewalt 20 v tools, for wood and metal working, but have always admired the 12v tools a few friends have. Bought the ratchet and hammer drill and couldn’t be happier with either. I will definitely be replacing some for my current tools for the more compact Milwaukee.

For heavy equipment repair will be more efficient if will be more smaller but with the same torque power

I have been a automotive tech for 6 years now and I can't believe I didn't buy this tool earlier! It has made my work much more efficient!

How did I ever live without this handy tool in my box. Makes quick work removing any bolt under the hood of my car. It is my go to tool and the first thing I pull out my box to start any job.

I work on Freightliners for a living. This is the heaviest duty electric ratchet on the market. The first one I bought lasted 2 years of HEAVY work, used everyday. I then learned the 5 year warranty is only valid if purchased through ‘authorized dealer’. Live and learn, I bought this second one thru Home Depot. Must have tool for me.

I work as a automotive technician, ive only used it a few times so far because I've only had it a few days but I love it. Its 55ft/lbs of torque is just right for what I do. Its fast and holds a charge. Also it does not seem to loose power when the battery gets weak by it's easy to read battery indicator lights.

Journeymen heavy duty mechanic use it everyday on everything awesome tool. Never had any issue with it been using it everyday for a little over a year now.

Plenty of power and puts the snap on to shame. Been working on trucks and cars for 15 yards and this product is definitely one worth investing in. Be careful with smaller nuts and bolts this will break then. Another great product from Milwaukee.

I need to point-out a few things about this tool... I was hoping for a completely different feeling; it's bulky and heavy and it's not versatile. First off, it’s difficult to put at work on a vehicle due to its size and second the speed is to slow. All in all, it's not worth the price for car mechanics. If you intend to use it in another field of activity, I don't have an opinion on that.

MAN! Batteries are getting EXPENSIVE! These 2 bad boys cost me $100. But, I won't use anything other than genuine Milwaukee batteries for my tools. And the extended capacity ones last a long time. Good batteries, just expensive.

If you think you need one; this is a good one to get. Love the product line and charger that charges both M12 and M18 batteries. I am using mine for DIY and shade tree mechanic work 3-4 days a week.

Works like a charm stronger than my 3/8 air ratchet I have been switching all of my air tools over to cordless Very happy with Milwaukee products

If you work on cars, BUY IT NOW. You will wonder how you lived without it. No cord. No hose. Lots of power. It's only 4oz more than my craftsman air ratchet. Very small price to pay for no cord or hose. The light is great. Variable speed. Battery life indicator.

Let me first start off by saying this ratchet is the best tool I have ever used since my air ratchet. Now I no longer have a hose in my way. I looked all over for which brand I should by and found this to be the best value for my budget. Coming with a 5 year warranty and a trusting name, this tool gets the job done quick. It would be the tool for the everyday mechanic since I use this on a daily basis at the shop I work at.

I use it to remove and install panels on cars and trucks. The anvil will give out make it hard go from forward to reverse, also the screw holding the head will back out so watch out. The serial number will come off so make sure to keep the receipt.
