This Milwaukee M18 planer works fabulous.

Everything I had hoped for. Easily adjustable guide kept me on a straight path and this wondertool breezed though treated lumber like warm butter. I like the selectable discharge chute that makes this great for lefties or righties.

More power then expected! Works great. Very pleased with the planet

I have nothing but praise for Milwaukee M18 and M12 tools, however the planer has left me disappointed. Today, I took it back to Total Tools and they are sending it back for repairs under warranty. It has issues with the front shoe alignment which affect fine work. hopefully this can be fixed or was it just part of a bad batch. Otherwise I see it as a great tool

Does a great job. Just too heavy and doesn't seem to be too well thought out considering it's size and weight compared to others. Expensive as well.

Limited use so far but works great. I have only made a few test passes but it leaves a smooth flat surface.

It is a good tool. A little bulky on the sides. It would be nice if it was a little more compact so you could get closer to corners. Not a huge deal. Works great.

Paid for itself the first day installing kitchen cabinets by trimming down styles. Should’ve bought earlier.

The tool works great, but the cutting depth was not accurately adjusted when purchased. When the cut depth was set to “0” the blades still cut the stock. I had to remove the top of the plastic adjustment knob, manually adjust the large nut underneath, and then replace the knob. Once that was accomplIshed, I found the the tool works great. I like the option to select where the shavings blow of (left or right). Very easy to use and very powerful.

It has the power of a corded planer with the convenience of leaving the cord in storage.

Great product, helped my install my doors with ease.

Light weight easy to use an does a professional job . Would take on any job.

Light weight, easy to use with either hand, option L/R side discharge. At lowest setting (2 clicks below 1/64) it removed more than expected, but higher settings seam more accurate. Probably needs an adjustment. Still way faster than hand planing!

Easy ro use, setup for jobs and look forward to the next project. It is noisy though

I don’t think l will use my corded planer again! It’s a bit heavier than my other planer but it’s worth it

Its awesome, love how it stops almost Immediately when releasing the trigger. Plenty of power and nice depth adjustment!
