This was very helpful I got this set thinking that I wasn’t going to need it but it came in very handy!!!!!!

If you're looking for a reliable and powerful impact and drill this is the one. I'm in the maintenance for property and carrying very lightweight drills like this has been a dream. Especially having the three lights on the impact has been very clear for me to know where I'm drilling stuff. I have used Milwaukee's products for about roughly maybe 6 years

The Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty Alloy Steel Driver Bit Set contains 55 pcs in a sturdy plastic box. Very organized, each bit has its own place. I found it a bit difficult to remove bits and put them back in as the pieces are close together and snap tightly into the plastic holders. Better than having them slip out and being loose in the box though. There are multiples of some of the bits, the more popular ones. These are made up of a special alloy to provide longer life, and have Wear Guard Tips. All the pieces seem heavy duty and solidly made. Will take some time to see just how long they last but so far so good. The bit holder and nut driver magnets are very strong and hold tightly but i was able to pull them apart without pliers as mentioned in another review. This set contains a good assortment and each is laser etched. Easy to read when out of the box but not always easily read when snapped in their compartments. I am happy with the selection and convenience of having everything organized in a neatly packed box.

Milwaukee if you are reading this , your bits and your customer support are horrible,crazy that ryobi and ridgid probides better support, Chinese garbage,it literally did no last 10 min on my jobsite, joke and embarrassment, you competitors offer better quality at a fraction of a price . You guys over price and under deliver , disrespectful to the American People to give us this junk to build our society! Back to the drawing board i dare say and have some shame and humility would do you guys good too , you reps thinks this is the best thing next the jesus , no need to be rude to you customers. Junk dont buy people !

I had the 1st gen M12 set. I have noticed a charged battery last longer on the brushless system than the 1st gen. An awesomeness extra item the set comes with a Milwaukee tool bag to keep your drill, impact driver and charger in a tool bag. As a commercial electrician I love the compact and light weight of the tool to reach onto tight spaces.

But I'm not nearly as impressed with the bits as I expected to be. The main bit that came with all the hype, I can't even use anymore. Haven't even had this set 2 years, and it's not like I'm a contractor and they get used everyday. They don't hold as tough as I expected. And they start rusting very easily! The bits didn't get rained on, but condensation got in twice! That's it. And it looks like they were left out for 2 weeks. Oh, and ONLY the main bit is magnetic enough to hold a screw!

This 2.5 Ah battery is sure to help you lose weight with all the running to the charger you’ll be doing. Sure beats Jenny Craig

I received my order everything fine and great except I for some reason thought it was the big one but it’s a half of one …. If u kan see thru the photos of this combo it showed a big one on top of the pack out roller… but where it shows what’s included in the set you’ll see it’s a smaller version still good just thought it was the big one anywho any future purchaser who purchases this combo a quick heads up on what to expect! Ty for your time!!!

Both are small and light weight. Powerful for the size.

Perfect starter kit for a homeowner

This is a quality 55 piece impact duty bit assortment that is packaged in an easy to use compact case. This is a comprehensive assortment of bit types and sizes which should fit into most of the screw head styles that anyone will ever encounter. All of the pieces have clear size markings for quick identification. I have used them for driving screws in wall cabinets and for assembling some outdoor furniture. All of the pieces that I have used so far have fit together perfectly and worked very nicely. I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of this product.

My milwauke trigger popped off randomly after using it for thr first time today. Would it be possible to get it replaced/ fixed?

I’ve had 2 of these sets now and the first one the drill was overheating within 1-2 minutes of very light load use. It continued to do so 15-20 times in the hour that I relied on it. I had to return it and get a new one and the new drill has an issue where the fuel gauge is basically not attached, so you cant see most of the battery gauge like you’re supposed to. Overall the quality of Milwaukee has gone extremely downhill and I’m not happy I own way too many Milwaukee tools, this is ridiculous.

Bought this bit set for my husband for Christmas. Only a few bits have been used since. I used a bit today to put in a screw thru cheap lightweight wood and the end snapped right off!!

This Milwaukee Driver Bit kit worked perfectly on my first job with it. I’m glad I had the complete selection of sizes available in this kit. I used these bits to remove a wooden donation cabinet that was attached to a brick wall with screws. I needed a large square driver, a small star driver, and a small Phillips head driver to remove screw from wall and cabinet. All were available in long or short lengths, and also a socket to hold the smaller interchangeable bits. Job was done in five minutes! There were also three small socket sizes normally used on appliances in this kit. Milwaukee makes great products, and the quality of these bits seems to meet their standards. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

This set has every square and star bit you'd need as well as Phillips and with all the lengths you would need and multiples of those. So, especially for professionals, as you work, and bits break, there are replacements. That said, these are durable bits and I had none of them break. This set of bits is a great investment and value. The cases are made of a nice tough plastic.

Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE Impact-Duty Alloy Steel Screw Driver Bit Set (100-Piece) is an extensive set of impact and drill driver bits in various shaft lengths. The bits have standard ¼ – inch hex ends for use both in cordless hex impact drivers and ratchet screw drivers. The set comes with five tip end types: Phillips, Slotted, Hex, Square and TORX. All the bits come in multiples so you have several in most sizes. I use these type bits with extensions because I have mostly stubby one inch bits and prefer the longer shafts. The set bit shafts come in various lengths, some 3 ½ - inches to get deeper into spaces and stubbier ones, one and two inches long, as needed. For all the sizes, included is a 2 ½ - inch magnetic extension adapter to go even deeper. Magnetic extensions are a necessity especially when working with the small bit sizes. Extensions work well, but prefer long shafts that feel more secure using them with some tasks. The SHOCKWAVE tag has been around for a while and is designated for impact use as well as all other uses. Impact work is hard on bits and these are designed to hold up better than others. These drive bits have a shock zone in the shaft to lessen over torquing the bit head. Over torquing can snap the screw head. They absorb some of the twisting at high torque. This translates into longer lasting bits that don't wear as quickly, will stay sharp and hold screws securely. Another improvement is a modified tip design to extend wear, not as obvious. I haven't had them long enough to vouch for these claims. but have good experience with an earlier driver bit set by Milwaukee, and these are made even better. Finally, with all the small pieces in the set a good storage case and organizer is a necessity. The two driver bit cases included are redesigned to fit in Milwaukee's PACKOUT storage system and are made to last. The hinges run along the back and it has a positive locking clasp to keep the bits secure. This set is likely the last one I'll be needing.

I love these screw driver bits because I use them with my Milwaukee power driver for almost everything I do around my house and vehicles. The hard case keeps the bits in order and it secures closed with a good sliding latch. The kit includes drivers and screw drivers which you plug into adapters and extensions to reach hard to reach areas. It also includes socket bit holders for 1/2 and 3/8 inch sockets.

Very powerful for the voltage, saw other reviewers say these are weak, NOT TRUE. I use alot of tools and have the largest m18 also and these are perfect for most of the smaller jobs. They actually work better and are way lighter, my wife even loves these. Build quality is fantastic. This set is more of a favorite and used more than my 18volt stuff. I reach for these first because they handle most jobs. I put in 1 in tek screws into some thick metal with no pilot hole, no problem.

I would call these simply the best bit kit I have owned. The material is very hard but does not chip under heavy loads. The tips are partially machined to give it the perfect fit in screw heads. This kit has enough bits to last you a long time and dispose of the old ones which we keep around for the occasional odd screw head! I really appreciate the inclusion of very long shaft bits, which come in handy in many occasions, now extensions are not required any more

Wanted to love this set. First trip, drills appeared used. The bag was not the hard-case advertised. Free battery was wrong. Second trip, trigger to the hammer drill fell off right out of the box. Third trip in 24hrs, drills intact but skeptical. Still has the wrong bag, impact drill trigger has play. Apprehensive drill will hold up over time. First time buying Milwaukee products and not sure if I will in the future. Customer service was quick and helpful; disappointed in tool quality.

Amazing tool with an amazing price

Really nice set, this is my first tool in the m12 lineup. Very compact, powerful and long lasting batteries. These are my go to impact and drills for my woodworking.

The larger bits are OK, but the smaller bits are very weak. I have had two of them simply spin out of their holder when cutting holes in sheet metal at low speed. They case is also a bad design, usually requiring a screwdriver to remove them from the plastic sheath they are in. I would not recommend these.
