Awesome fan I purchased for a clients daughter room.. we chose the white with gold trim and it looked perfect in her room. I little harder to install than the past ceiling fan, but smart electronics just need an electrician that is familiar.

Unless you are a Ceiling Fan installation expert, do not buy this fan! The wireless Control Driver leaves hardly any room for the final 8 confections required to finish the installation. The Instruction manual(2'x8") is joke with many micro size inacurate illustrations are literally worthless when assembling this high end $295.95 fan Once all is wired up and tucked away, hopefully all the required connections will stay in place upon the final nightmare installation of the undersized Cover Up Ceiling Canopy. Lucky we got it running on the second final assembly try and yes its quiet and operates so far as described in the sales info. I was fortunate to have installed 10 ceiling fans in my last home of which were EZ to install Hunter fans. Don't try this product alone you will need a second able bodied person to help you

We have been totally impressed with this fan/light! We have a bigger room and wanted a larger fan, and this works perfectly. And we actually didn't want a big light kit (and considered getting just a fan for that reason), so this worked well because the light is sleek and unobtrusive. And the app and Alexa integration has worked flawlessly since we set it up. We would definitely recommend this product. As a note of warning, with the receiver box (I guess for the wifi connection), it is a lot to fit in to the space provided, so if you have a shallow electrical box, it takes some patience, but it did work.

This is my first time replacing a ceiling fan, it was really easy to install. The blades although being plastic are really high quality, no wobbles, the motor being DC is dead silent even on max speed. The wifi and smart home integration is a really nice surprise, you can dim the light to any level and change fan speeds using the bond app with Alexa / Google home. The led light is really bright and is able to light up a large area, I have not yet need to use it at full brightness. This fan really expected my expectations. I first bought the brushed nickel for my living room, I liked it so much and bought a 2nd one in flat white for the master bedroom.

My fan broke after 1 year and since it was past the 1 year warranty, customer service would not replace the fan or parts. Terrible customer service from Minka as they state they have never tested how long their products will perform for.

I had a Minka Aviation fan that only lasted three years (motor developed a very loud hum) so I was hesitant to purchase another Minka. But I did because of the style. Fingers crossed it will be more long lasting than the first.

Gorgeous mid-tone fan with great air flow. Only caveat - as with most fans, the lumens aren't enough for general lighting. Consider alternate lighting methods

Very quiet and effective fan.

I bought 2 of this item 3 years ago and connected them to my google assistant. So I didn't need the remote to get it to work. However, after a year or so, it got disconnected from google and I am still not able to connect it back and one remote mess with both item. Whenever I turn that on in my bedroom the one in the living room turns on too. I read the documentation and still not able to handle the interference because what I am seeing is not what the documentation is talking about.

The fan was easy to assemble. There are a lot of wires to connect but they tucked easily into the canopy. We love the color of the fan blades and they really move the air around at low speeds. Being able to connect the fan controls to Alexa is a real plus.

The fan is not white as described. It is beige, therefore it is not visually appealing with my white ceiling.

Great fan, works well, and is super quiet. Light isn't too bright, but I have other lights in the room.

The fan is beautiful, works great, and gives a lot of light. However, the fan and light have to be controlled with the remote. You can’t control it from wall switches.

Never heard of Minka until electrician recommended- so great - the design , quiet operation and many settings for speed and light. It’s my go to brand for fans!

Easy to install. If you connect the wires and test motor for operation before installing the blades, it will not run! Blades must be on motor. Thought this thing crap and was ready to rebox. Nice airflow!

Just what we needed. easy install. Moves air very well.

Great fan. Read all directions first and installation is easy. If mounting with the short rod included, you can cut off most of the extra wire. Very quiet. Only drawback is light doesn’t spread out much particularly if you have lower ceiling height.

Love it! Great quality and looks chic! Major difference in our family room.

The fan only worked on the first 4 speeds when it was installed. When we called for technical support, we were told it was defective and needed to be replaced. We're returning it to the store and purchasing a new one. Hopefully the replacement will work
