When I ordered the fan it wasn't disclosed that no down rod was included which we didn't discover...
When I ordered the fan it wasn't disclosed that no down rod was included which we didn't discover until trying to install. I called my local Home Depot and was told it had the down rods so I made the 45 minute trip. When I arrived I was told down rods for Monte Carlo fans were not carried and I would have to go back online to order. I did so and it came a couple of weeks later. All in all it was not a good experience.
