The box it was shipped in was in pieces when I picked it up. Due to this small parts were missing. I certainly think this could have been prevented with better packaging. Also I had to grind, bend and adjust the sides to get them to fit. I do not expected to do that one a brand new product. Now that I have it put together though I think it will be a great cart. If you want one be prepared to get your tools out to get this to fit together.

Best cart we ever bought.

It is much bigger than I anticipated but I admit that the bigger and heavier design is much better for all of the heavy yard work that I have to do.

Missing almost all of the hardware. What little was in there was strewn about the box. Poorly manufactured. I had to use a pry bar to bend/even out the sides of the cart just so it would fit together.

I owned one of these cards before and it lasted many years with a lot of heavy duty usage. The wheels and rims are weak. Like other reviewer‘s have mentioned. The cart arrive with many missing pieces, which the manufacturer quickly replaced.

Cart is well built, has not been used to haul yet, I have had it together for two weeks, the latches on side rails could be designed a little better, it is worth the price i paid.

As per the reviews I read prior to purchasing, it came missing over half of the parts needed to assemble it. Very disappointing. If the company knows this is a probkem, and they should since there were so many complaints about this issue, you'd think they would do something to improve their packaging. Customer service sent a complete new pack and all was fine. It seemed they were quite used to doing this. Once assembled it performed as expected. I think this will be a big help on my acreage property. I like the versatility of being able to pull it or hook it up to my lawn tractor. The best thing about the purchase was the 50% off sale. I would recommend. Just be prepared to have to order assembly parts.

I ordered this as a ship-to-store item, and when it arrived the box was in v-e-r-y bad shape. I really should have asked to look at the product before taking it home. As it turned out, I was missing three pieces; a bolt necessary to attach the front-wheel frame; a washer, and a cotter pin needed to secure a wheel. Home Depot customer service was great; they replaced the parts immediately. The only other problem I encountered was mis-aligned hinge connection hole. A vice-grip put it right. Aside from that, the carg appears to be sturdy and well made. I really like the full bed liner; it adds versatility. I would recommend this item.

I would only recommend if you dont mind missing pics. If you buy please open box to see if all nuts, bolts, washers,and cotter pins mine was missing so I made an extra trip to get what was needed but home depot does not have the large cotter pins using large gutter nails until I find large pins.

It is built sturdy Was as we expected it.

Arrived Damaged. I returned it for a replacement and the second one also arrived Damaged and with 2 missing wheels. Home Depot Did Not Care.

Do not order from Home Depot online! Unless you would like to waste a lot of time making several trips back to the store. I ordered this Wagon on June 14th. It is only deliverable to the store not to your house. We went to pick it up the box was a disaster, a large hole in it, unfortunately we accepted it and took it anyway. Once we get the Box open and there is no hardware and the plastic tub is broken in 4 places. My husband return the entire thing to Home Depot, just yesterday I got my next wagon that was July 4th. Box was held together by Saran Wrap This Time still missing Hardware to put it together. Today he went to the hardware store and bought the hardware to put it together so we did not have to wait another month to be able to use my wagon. That being said it was a fabulous wagon. out of the out of the three Home Depot online orders I placed there was a problem with every single one of them.

The wheels on this thing are complete garbage. Within 6 months of extremely light usage in a regular old suburban yard, I could no longer keep any of the wheels inflated. After burning through multiple cans of fix-a-flat, I finally gave up and replaced the wheels - which in total cost $35 more than the entire cart cost in the first place.

Needed a yard cart that would handle a heavy load as well as easily attaching to my John Deere. And the lady of the house finds it easy to pull as the large rubber wheels make it feel lightweight and very easy. We did experience a very minor issue regarding the packaging as a couple of hardware parts were missing. However, the customer service from this company was outstanding, as my issue was resolved very quickly. A good sign that this company stands behind their product. I am sure we will get many years of good use.

Ordered this cart for my husband, and when you opened the box, the bag with the hardware was not sealed, and the box had a hole in it, so a lot of the hardware was missing. The bed liner was broken, and some of the metal removable sides were bent. Took it back and ordered another one. Second one came in, and my husband made them open in up at the store. Same thing, liner broken and hardware spilled out all over the box, no telling if it was all there or not. Got our money back and will be looking for something else.

Rear wheel bracket is welded on and the welds broke after a few months of moderate use.
