Great communication! Out of Stock, so I asked for notification when in stock. Received notice next day. I ordered 10’ area rug plus 25’ stair runner. Delivered to store in two days. They gave us extra footage which I assume is to ensure fit in case we had measured wrong. Beautiful colors, great guarantee, Natco wants to ensure we are happy customers, but also to ensure errors of measurement do not detract from their product. Area rug does not need a carpet pad, but stair runner does.

Colors would complement most wooden floor shades, very soft under foot, and adds a nice finished look to a staircase.

Beautiful addition to stairs and landing. First and foremost, added a huge level of safety to avoid slipping on the wooden steps. Much more comfortable on the feet too. Compared to some other options, this choice was much less money, but the pile is not as thick as some others. Home Depot has samples to determine your preference, but this was a sweet spot for the money and liked the pattern and color. The treads were securely attached using Roberts double-sided tape (Model# 50-605-12), lengthwise along both bottom sides.

This is a good quality, bound on all edges stair runner. My carpet guy installed it and it looks great! It is a hard to find item, especially in different widths and Home Depot had it!! And free shipping! Loving it, Thanks!

This is the second time I've ordered custom runners from Home Depot, they are durable, easy to clean and at a great price! Edges come finished and ready to use, these runners look great in the kitchen or any room.

The carpet is bound well on the ends and was a custom fit from our dimensions. The pile meets our needs. My only question is why the dark color of the pattern is in black. I would have enjoyed it more if the color would have been a dark blue. Then it would have had a more classy look and matched our other rugs. When delivered it was rolled and we grabbed it off the porch so a thief would not get it because they didn't ring the bell! We were lucky.

Carpet was installed for the stairs and looks very sharp. The quality and feel is very good

I purchased this Natco Kazmir black runner in a 26' by 10' length, to compliment the stair treads in the same color/pattern. It is well made, I love the fact you could order the length that you need, it is bound on all edges and it easy to walk on. I did place a grip pad underneath since it would move slightly, and problem solved! This is a great item, so very glad I found it on Home Depot:)

The rug was just what I needed I had one before so knew what I wanted . Good for low traffic areas

I found that some edges have a little bit of frays or pulls here and there. But it really isn't anything major. Except for my cats that tend to attack anything that is fuzzy. So I have to keep them from making it worse.

Runner was not 33 in. - it was 32-1/2. I wanted 33 In.

Love this runner! Needed 26 in xh wide in 2 pieces for stairs for and ordered. But HD ran out after the first order. Glad they accepted the first set back.

Quality Runner which was cut and bound to my exact dimensions. Delivery was on time and packaged appropriately. The company should make more patterns to choose from....as well as colors.
