I like that it saves water, but it does not clear the back and sides of the bowl as well as the toilet that I had before because the water barely reaches the back and sides.

Our water usage has decreased dramatically. Sometimes it takes a double flush, but that's nowhere near what our previous toilets used.

Please do not buy this
I have never seen such a poor flushing toilet in my whole life. Using it for few days now. Literally had to flush 7-8 times for crap to fully go away. Lot frustrated with this buy. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this.

On this model it is critical that the tank is seated properly on the bowl to assure that the vacuum system has a proper seal to maintain the flush efficiency. Please avoid this toilet
Bought two of these toilets about a year and a half ago. Rarely do they ever flush in one go. So are you really saving any water if you have to flush twice every time? No you aren’t. Buy something else. And they gurgle like no one’s business. Buy something else.

defective toilet, don't buy
It never worked after the installation, had to flush 4-6 times just to get toilet paper to go down. I called a plumber, had my sewer lines scoped inside and outside, no issues. The plumber did a colored fill test and found out it was a defective toilet. I had to pay to have it installed and another $200 to find out it was a defective toilet. I took it back to Home Depot, after waiting over an hour in person and on the phone, HD told me to contact the manufacturer.

With this toilet most initial flushing issues are due to the vacuum system not being properly aligned. Usually this can be rectified by loosening the tank & shifting it slightly to re-position. Many times, you can feel a little displacement as the tank moves into the correct position. When re-tightening the tank, start with the nut away from the fill valve, to help maintain proper seal. Bought two and when one was unboxed by plumber it has a crack in it. Will return. The other one is doing good. I have to others that have been service for a couple of years with no complaints

No more water problems
We own several rental units in a rural location without municipal water. Seven toilets in all. If we don’t get enough rainfall, we have to order water trucked in at $300 a truckload. We replaced all seven toilets with this model and haven’t had to pay for water in a year. We used to have to get water delivered at least every six weeks. The toilets have paid for themselves and flush quite well, we’re happy.

The fixture install was an easy endeavor, even in an old home. It's looks nice too. I give it a four star because I don't know how long it will last. It's a new idea so we'll see how this goes.

Love this toilet. It looks good, it functions perfectly and it is the ONLY toilet I can find that is less than a gallon per flush. Other toilets are low flow certified but this one is the champion. Only if a lay an u usually large deuce, it may require 2 flushes but most of the time one flush will take care of everything. The only thing this is missing is a soft close lid. Other than that it’s perfect!
