The mophead started to ravel and fray with the first use. This is a cheaper version of the o-cedar easywring mop. Can I return rjis item for a refund?

The Best Mop I ever owned

I picked up the spin mop on April 1st, it is not may 24th and the pedal completely broke off! I was having trouble rewinding after i put my foot down and out of nowhere it broke off. Will try to take it to the store to see what happens. Super disappointed because I thought it was a good product.

Easy to use. The only problem I had was with machine washing the mop head. Don’t Do It!. Thankfully it came with 3 mop heads. Hand washing is best for theses mop heads. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the mop head not being machine washable.

The product was good while it lasted, about 9 days after I brought it, but It broke down by the right side foot pedal hinged. See picture. The foot pedal seemed like it would go down easy when you stepped on it, but very slow going back up to its original position. Would not recommend the product.

For me, this mop set is convenient. I was able to mop the whole house and I could finally get it cleaner and faster than I did with my old mop. (Steamer mop.) I read the instructions on the box and they are pretty straightforward. (Please read the instructions to avoid any problems later.) The mop could be as wet or as dry as you want it. And of course, the spin feature makes this happen and love that you're able to tweak how much product you want on the mop. I also like that they are pretty much self-cleaning. You can definitely wash the mop head by hand or throw it in your washing machine. (Per the directions.) But I just wash by hand & use the (cleaned out) bucket with soap and water and spin it clean several times. Maybe its me, but I'd still like the mop handle just a little longer. (I'm only 5'5") But it isn't short enough to feel uncomfortable. This system met my expectations and the convenience alone was worth it. I purchased online and it was sent to my home. Awesome!

This item was previously retuned by another customer. It appears the item was repackaged and sold again, unfortunately to me. The mop bucket was dirty and a mop head was dirty and wet. Inadequate quality control at its finest.

Ordered online, when i picked the item up, noticed the box was previously opened and retaped. Got home with item and there was only 2 refills and no mop handle attachment. Will be returning tomorrow.

This mop is by far the best I have ever purchased I HATE to mop and still do but this made it so much easier and my floors look great I definitely hated spending 39.99 on a mop but it was worth every cent Would highly recommend this mop

Head does not dry no matter how many tome you push foot pedal. Foot pedal gets stuck very often. Handle gets detached from head easily. Head does not look as abundsnt as they show in the picture snd once its wet.... see pic. Im returning it.

Spinning the mop still keeps mop to wet . I still need to ring mop by hand.

The adjustable mop has already broke and the handle will not expand a waste of money
