Makes lots noise, not happy!!

Sleek stylish and large capacity refrigerator. Used as a home drink refrigerator and didn’t disappoint. Although it can be loud, it’s still a great fridge.

I have had it for a month now and so far it has kept my drinks cold. I have it outside for beverages and so far no issues staying cold.

Overall the refrigerator is excellent; I’ve had it for a few weeks. Too early to give it a 5-star. The only issue is upon delivery and unboxing; there was a significant dent on the backside. Appeared to be mistreated during delivery.

Came with a dent and it’s cold but doesn’t seem like its cold as my Redbull fridge

Runs louder that I thought it would. When I asked the sales woman where it was made she said N.carolina, the box was marked China, I try not to buy from people that want to kill me.

Purchased this for my garage...Had it for over a week and it never gets cold enough. I've put a thermometer and it can't seem to get below 43Farenheit. The light is an on and off switch. The support from the manufacturer is terrible 3 outreaches and they finally responded by asking me a lot of questions (what are contents, serial #, address) but never answering what the minimum temperature should be. Honestly surprised Home Depot allows them to be a vendor. The good news, Home Depot is giving me a refund and was a breeze to deal with. They (HD)are picking the unit up and I will be buying a different brand through Home Depot.

This refrigerator seems to be of good quality. It is a bit louder than I thought when the compressor is running. Good thing it doesn't run constantly or I would suggest finding a different unit.

Bought a Premium Levella in 2020. It went out just after the 1 year warranty expired. Premium won't service it, even for a fee. They won't recommend a service company. No local appliance repair professionals fix this brand. My last hope is that a commercial appliance repair company can repair it. Per the tech, if it's a compressor issue, it won't be worth the repair cost. And yet we have a standard 15 year old fridge that still works like a champ. Don't waste your money on Levella.

Bought this item in June 2022. Here it is September 2022, the item only works when it wants to. When it does work it will only cool to 40 then shuts down. Company will not warranty the item. Says it was installed incorrectly. DO NOT PURCHASE. BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

2 major issues - the shelving only supports flat bottom beverages do to the wire shelves - so bottled sodas fall over or you have to get a liner over the top of it. Another issue is the noise the compressor makes - is extremely loud.

IT'S EXTREMELY NOISY!! It squeals and squeaks- loudly. I should have listened to other reviews that stated this. I have it on the sales floor of a retail store. It's terrible! I'll echo the other comments on this fridge- DO NOT BUY!!

Refrigerator was incredibly noisy when running. Compressor made a low pitched whistling sound. Would wake us up at night and it was 60 ft from the bedroom. Returned the unit.
