After leveling and prepping for a retaining wall I noticed that about a third of the block was shorter height wise about a quarter of an inch and had residue from pouring the block that I had to break off. I should have had them take it back. This block isn’t worth your time and effort if you want a nice looking retaining wall. Very disappointed!!

Why would anyone want these when they can’t guarantee any consistency in colors? They advertise them in various colors, offer you to choose specific colors. But when they arrive, sorry! You get whatever you get

I wanted to build a straight 1-foot wall along 35 feet on one side of my house, about 3 feet back to the house on each end. I liked the appearance of this wall block but couldn't figure out how to turn 90 degrees. Ideally there would be a corner block offered but I was unable to find a wall block of this type. I wrote a note to Pavestone using their "contact us" method several days ago but with no response. I bought a couple blocks and experimented with cutting them so they could be used to create a corner. I used a diamond blade but cutting was difficult and results were unsatisfactory. I found some online videos by DIY customers who were dealing with the same issue but without finding a useful approach. I won't go further in considering this block product.

I used this as an anchor for my canopy and it worked great!

I ordered 4 pallets. 3 were grey in color like the description. The 4th was a pink/brown color, not at all like the description. The edges on many needed to be ground down with a grinder due to fit tightly. They are not consistently the same size. There were a few (3-4 out of 4 pallets) that were about 1/8 inch taller than all the others and unusable.

I've not come across many surface flaws but they are there. The bigger issue, and it's a big one is the inconsistencies with heights. 2 pallets of the Yukon block and so many I've encountered are 1/6th of an inch short, an 1/8th of an inch short. Some are only short on one side. Quality control is terrible. I've had to purchase a masonry grinding disk just to try and fix them which is a pain staking process. Had planned to do the same block, just the smaller version for another wall I need to build if I ever finish this one but this has discouraged me ti the point that I'm going to purchase a different block from a different vendor even though it will be difficult to match. 1 last thing...ordering from Home Depot and picking up at store was a nightmare. thanks Home Depot and Paverstone/Rockwall. you taught me a valuable lesson.

The blocks are great but they dropped them in my driveway 1/4 from my house.

Buying by the pallet is fine until you get to the point when it comes to finish the project and there is not support for the product at the store level. Stores don't stock the product so for my project I needed to buy a full pallet of rock wall capstones when I only need 1/4 pallet to finish. I refuse to purchase a full pallet due to cost and not wanting to store 3/4 pallet of product of the Cap Stones which leaves me searching other local retail stores for my needs. I have traded emails with ASM 3026 store Assistant managers as well as Home Depot Customer Service at the National level. If you sell a product you need to support the product or require your vendor Pavestone in this case ship less than pallet loads for project completion. I have spent $4200 to this point and feel Home Depot let me down

Like these blocks, but to correctly build a wall you need the matching half blocks, which you only sell by the pallet, not in singles, making theses useless unless your doing a huge wall, so my average rating has nothing to do with the blocks but with Home Depot

Lots of pieces to lay, but turned out nice.

Color I got was much darker than pictured, more to the dark grey shade.

The lips on the back of the blocks were not uniform. Some were missing

The Pallet is overpriced yet somehow lower in quality than what you buy in the store. Half the blocks had so little color variation that they were essentially just gray. It is functional, but only buy them in the store at half the price and you can see what you are getting.
