We replaced our master bath faucets with these beautiful Avalon faucets. These were very easy to install ourselves and it took about 45 minutes to replace two. These feel sturdy and well made. The water flow is perfect for the bathroom. I love the Tuscan bronze color!

Very satisfied. Well made product with brass components including the drain tube and the stopper. Water flow is slow compared to old model, but is meant to be for water savings. We love the nickel finish, but if water drops dry, then they are hard to clean off.

Three were installed in a brand new house by builder, but after about 5 years, it starts to drip, and then drip a lot.

love the tall design which fits perfect on a reduced vanity sink and install was a bit tricky but not impossible....of course having the right tools at the end made it so much easier to reset.

After replacing the faucet, stream of water is not running out straight and water pressure is low. Because of the faucet tip. I’m looking for brand new faucet tips for this pfister faucet. But it has been not founded. It’s frustrating.

This was installed in my house new. It's 5 years old now and began dripping about 6 months ago. Since my bathtub had been leaking from day one I figured it was hopeless. That's a different long, sad story. After disassembling the faucet I found the retaining nut was slightly loose on the hot water side. I couldn't find replacement cartridges locally so I had to put it back together. It now works like new. Apparently the loose nut was all that was wrong.

Easy to install, looks good, works great

Faucet is 8 yr old I asked about handle removal and got a quick reply PLUS free replacement part in less than 10 days.

We did have a drip due to a worn out part, which is normal. After contacting PF the part was quickly shipped free of charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why but I had a bit of a time installing this product. Looking back, it seemed like it should have been easy but I somehow made it hard. Without a special tool it was difficult. BUT it looks really, really great!!!

I just upgraded the same bath to a granite vanity top and kept my Avalon faucet. It was a breeze to disconnect and reinstall on the new vanity. Love the look. I have received many compliments on the style and decor of my bathroom including the faucet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this faucet now for 9 years and haven't had any issues with it. The finish has held up nicely and no leaks thus far. I have another style in another bathroom which started leaking and customer service sent me the part I needed with instructions on how to replace. It was easy and friendly service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Avalon unit in our bathroom since 2007. It developed a small bit of rust near the base of one handle. I called PF Customer Service and they shipped us a whole new unit immediately. I only replaced the one handle base (since the rest of it was in excellent condition) so now I have spare parts. This faucet has always worked flawlessly and I would recommend it to anyone

After a couple of years I had a set of replacement valves mailed to me. The outer body of the valve needed to be removed to fit my faucet so it was not evident at first that I had the correct valve. Customer service was quick to respond.

I expected a lot and I got what I wanted. Installed it in my bathroom.

Our Avalon Brushed Nickel 48 Series was purchased for a small bathroom. All the parts were in the box and were in perfect condition. I am not a plumber but I own the necessary tools and have installed kitchen and bath faucets in three homes. I feel that if you are patient and willing to follow the directions you should be able to install this product. As with other Pfister faucets the step-by-step installation booklet (with pictures) is excellent. Each and every step is illustrated with a description and part numbers, i.e. 8A, 8B, 8C, etc. Go slow, read twice, and install the faucet – it is not difficult. The Avalon is on the lower end of the Pfister line yet after 2-years the brushed nickel finish is still attractive and has proven to be very durable. The control bodies turn on and off with very little pressure. This faucet is sleek and graceful – perfect for a small bath. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend the Avalon to anyone looking for a stylish bathroom faucet.

Since i got these (2) faucets, they work fine and are OK but I had better faucets. Handles always seem a little loose (wobble some) and don't seem to tighten.

Have had only a few months. No leaking, love the brushed nickel. I love having two handles to control temp. Once you have a high faucet you will never go back to the low, cheaper standard faucet.

Certainly NOT maintenance free. Repair every 6 months.

Remodeled my bathroom in 2007 using the Pfister Avalon faucet. In 2012 it started dripping, needed a replacement cartridge that Pfister provided. At that time, discovered how difficult it was to dis-assemble the fixture due to poor design. Replacement parts were re-designed and were much better.
