This is a stylish bulb that I used for the driveway and front porch lights. It lights up immediately and gives a nice glow. It looks great in the glass enclosures.

Seems like a good bulb and equivalent to a 60w incandescent in as far as the light emitted.

I like this bulb. The energy saving, assuming they are as promised, should save a ton of money. My only two are that the color changes a lot when the bulb is used with a dimmer, and the bulb "hums" unless it is at full power (when you use the dimmer, the bulb makes a humming sound). These things aren't aweful, but they were unexpected.

These lights were purchased to replace the incandescent lights outside the garage. The incandescent lights seemed to burn out all the time. This may be due to the cool wet weather in the Pacific Northwest this time of year. The lights are in a weather proof fixture. The lights do extend out of the fixture more than normal incandescent. This seems to be from the LED package under the bulb. The light is nice and bright. The durability will have to be determined.

Was looking for a replacement for Philips Halogena post lights which we actually run in our high-ceiling ceiling fan because they emit a lot of light and are the only light in the room. Was looking for an LED replacement after one halogena burned out. Got this one and it is an exact match, except used one-tenth of the energy and isn't as hot. Light is an exact match to the halogena, and it dims just the same, at the same brightness of the halogena when they are mixed (e.g. can't tell which is the LED). Overall I'm sold, and am going to be purchasing enough to replace all of the halogenas in both ceiling fans we have.

Looks like an incandescent fairly well. Dims properly and color is correct.

first time with led bulbs. Got these for light fixture above table. they look awesome.

Have had these bulbs only a short time, so cannot give a total 5 star....but so far I am very happy with the light output,i.e. just as bright as the old incandescent bulbs if not brighter, and they put out no heat. The candelabra bulbs look like the old style bulb.

First time with led bulbs. What a difference they make. I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.

LED's cost more BUT what a savings and at least the same illumination if not better.

Good light spectrum and fits well in bathroom fixtures.

On March 6, 2016 I purchased this bulb thinking it would last reasonably long as it is promoted to last 22.3 years at 3 hours per night. On May 7, 2016 it is already burned out. This is too expensive for this short of a life.

I ordered these bulbs because the incandescent bulbs I had in my outside lights kept burning out quickly...some within a week of installation. I bought these because I still wanted this style of bulb but with a longer life. I have installed two of these LED bulbs and have not had any problems so far. I am happy with the brightness and the look. I have had these installed for about three weeks.

I have been waiting for a decent decorative LED to replace the 75W halogens in the carriage lights on my garage. These fit the bill perfectly. My lamps have a half-power dimmer and these bulbs dim perfectly. I now have them in all 5 of my carriage lamps.

I've purchased a few of these bulbs. I use them in outside (protected) fixtures as well as indoor. I had one of them burn out some how (kitchen sink fixture), but I suspect that may have been a wiring issue(?). These bulbs are beautiful. I hope GE makes a line of similar (quality/appearance/size) bulbs with smart features (z-wave/ZigBee).

I bought 4 of these to install in a ceiling fan that has a wireless dimmer module. They dim up and down pretty smoothly, but fade out when turned off....more a problem with the dimmer than bulbs.

Used in church chandelier to replace twelve 60W incandescent bulbs. Fixture is on dimmer and works fine. Light is brighter without being blue "daylight" color other bulbs gave off. Bulbs are in frosted globes and facets on bulbs leave slight pattern on globes and ceiling that we like. Looking forward to not having to setup scaffolding ever few years to climb up and change bulbs. The plastic packaging was the only "Con", with so many bulbs to install, it was annoying to cut open heat seals.

I replaced all the incandescent outdoor lights on the front of my home. These lights were reasonably priced and provide a nice equivalent light to the 60 watt incandescents they replaced.
