I returned six (6) empty Primo 5 Gal. bottles but wasn’t asked whether my purchase was an exchange. As a result, the store treated the transaction as an initial purchase.

Very convenient and cleaner water than filling at the water dispensers. Hopefully it stays this way.

This is the worst water I have ever experienced, it’s even worse than restaurant water, will never but that water brand again.

Spring water is the way to go.

I have purchased refills of 5 Gallon Waters from Home Depot for years. The checkout is quick and easy through the Self Checkout and it has saved me a lot of money since cancelling the delivery system through a Water vendor.

The water is fine. However, the process is aweful. I did try to exchange. I put my old bottle in the empties/exchange cage but did not get a credit for it. I was charged 14.00 instead of $2.50 and didn't even get to keep my original bottle!
