Received and set up in less than 2 minutes. Works perfectly and best deep green color. Love it!

I purchased 3 of this item. One broke on the third day of use. The other 2 seem ok. I had to drive to and from the store to get refund. Then reorder replacement. Very inconvenient. I was not offered any compensation for my troubles. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. Im very disappointed

Good basic umbrella for the cost -

The auto tilt function requires more force then non auto tilt and the cord detached after about 20 uses. It does not appear fixable as the cord is hidden inside and the crank is too far up the pole to work with. HD support said no parts, no manual, no knowledge of how to fix. Another pile for the landfill. Thank you HD and Hampton Bay!
