I have the original 1/2, the newer 1/2, the 3/8, and now this. The other were hard to fit on the back of brake calipers. This should work better. I had Ridgid from the start. I'm glad they continue to make tool using same batteries.

This is the real deal in a compact 3/8” drive impact gun. It has plenty of torque and run time on the 4ah battery is phenomenal.

I ordered this primarily for when I work on my cars. I was not expecting it to be as small as it was and doubted that it would have much power. I was wrong, this thing has plenty of power! It was able to take off some rusted 10mm bolts with no issue. The price is not bad, as long as you already have some Ridgid batteries handy. I will definitely be using mine frequently. I am pretty satisfied with my purchase, especially since it's backed by Ridgid Lifetime Warranty!

Love this light impact fits in small space and torque is impressive

I bought this tool trying to save a few bucks instead of going with Dewalt or the higher rated subimpacts and in reality I love the tool it fit in a lot of spaces ready to get the job done but one thing I didn't like was how big the batteries are in general
