Best tool to have especially for a woman, I have the bigger version but it’s just to heavy for this gal...I installed metal deck rails screwed into wood it made easy work out of a lot of work.highly recommend!

I bought the drill/charger combo from Home Depot. Batter charger died 2 weeks later. Trying to get it replaced has been horrible. Forget the lifetime warranty- it's not worth it. I'll go back to DeWalt or Milwaukie. Much better tools and 1000% better customer service.

Works Great lot of power for being so small

Works good which it should considering that I used it once when I got it in brand-new condition - I expected nothing less.

I love the 18v Ridgid sets, but... An impact is there to remove tough stuff. I can't get off lug nuts torqued to 100ftlbs (or standard air wrench specs) on my car. (I've had the tool for two years.) It's a little ridiculous. I got the tool in a 3pk deal. Otherwise I'd give it 0 stars. Using it with good 6pt sockets, it's useless. I can't think of an impact application where this would be useful if it can't even get lugs off. Wish I could get a refund for this/credit for something better.

I love this tool so much I went and bought a brand new one. The first one I have had closing in on nearly 5 years. I now leave it in my camper to run the stabilizer Jacks and tire chocks. It will easily bust loose lugnuts even ones that get torqued to over 100 ft lbs. It amazingly is shorter than the 1/4 hex driver. If you work on vehicles even sometimes or run bolts in or out on stuff. This Is a must.

Awesome impact! Makes a huge time saving difference with whatever job you’re doing…. Lawn mower blades to changing a tire!! Highly recommend this tool!

Bought this yesterday and tested it out this morning, took out lug nuts on my car in a few seconds each one with 2Ah Ridgid battery, lightweight and easy to handle. This subcompact will not get into tight spaces for that you'll need a cordless ratchet with its much smaller torque fits nicely though in some small spaces, put thru my Home Depot receipt for LSA in my Ridgid account took about 5 minutes, I have a few Ridgid tools with LSA never an issue getting it registered.

Great size and great easy to use in tight areas. A must have for auto mechanics.

Very happy with the tool. However, the site to register for the warranty keeps saying it is not working. Sucks.

Seems a little cheaper made than my other ridges tools. I’m sure it’ll get job done
