just received my machine today no cutting blades for the head of the snake What's the deal with that? Please explains I'm ready to r*****. Return this product

Had issues with this machine since day one. First it came brand new with a kink in the cable. The soft rubber pad under the frame has fallen broken off. I’ve used the machine on around 5 jobs and when trying to retrieve the cable it snapped off when it wasn’t even caught on a blockage. Had to dig up the drain to remove the cable. Not happy. Never had issues like this with my old sectional.

The machine is great but I order the cable that was recommended it was deliver and its the wrong type of cable

This is a very powerful machine, it rips though anything. Wouldn’t recommend it for unsupervised first timers.

Compares to a lot of drain machines we have used, this machine can handle the 3/4 cable by 100 feet easily, cable runs smoothly through the auto feed & retracts with ease, the guys love it! After the initial set up I would check the drum & connections after a few jobs as the drum did get loose from the rear bolt. Overall a good purchase

I could not depend on plumber to show up, even after many calls to him, to clean our clogged sewer lines. Got fed up with this so I purchased my own machine and love it! Save lots of $ over time and don't have to beg the plumber to do his job! Other macines on market but I wanted the best so I chose Ridgid!

Dont buy. I have used this machine about 10 times and it has broken 4 times. Found the warranty process to be average at best. The indirect loss cause to my business is in the thousands.

Great machine. I have been running it for a few years now. This was a recent replacement for me when I went into business for myself. My old o e stayed with my former employer. If you aren't experienced in how to operate one of these machines, then you shouldn't. A homeowner could get injured.

I had a terrible experience with this order. For some reason you don't include the cable at all and when I got a cable the screw that attaches the cable to the drum was too thick... would give zero stars if I could

This is a well designed and built piece of equipment. Easy to navigate and to move around. Ridgid has done it again.

product is good quality but availability is a problem it took a month to get and when I order parts to repair just about any of your products seems like it always backordered this does influence my buying decisions on your products verse your competiors

needed the product but kept sending me damaged product

I have been purchasing Ridgid plumbing tools and recently power tools for over 40 years. I have Ridgid Pipe Threaders, Groovers, Pipe Cutters, Pipe Wrenches and even Shop Vacuums and Power Tools. Without a doubt, they are the best tools in the industry and I have never been dissapointed with any purchase. This is the first Ridgid product that I was dissapointed with. The Drum is out of round, bounces up and down causing it to vibrate excessivly and gouge against the belt guard cutting a grouge in the poly drum. I am sure this is an odd case and since I just received it I have not had the opertunity to call Ridgid to see how to get this corrected.

Over all the k750 is great the only thing I would change is the wheel stops. It is very annoying to have to lift one side at a time to get the wheel stops down. Should be a a bar going all the way across so you can lift up and kick the stops into position.

this unit has lots of power and is safe and easy to use.

Great machine! Easy to handle! Cable holds up real good to roots, would like to see auto feed retrieve a little faster
