Retired Seniors with no Pets, we purchased this set for our Covered patio! Happy right up to warrenty expires and this set is falling apart! Cushions and Pillows are like New. RST Brands All-Wheather Wicker Won’t Last! Shame on RST Brands for calling this “All-Weather Wicker”

Our set was just delivered, a week ahead of schedule, so far we love it! It is very pretty and very high quality. Came delivered to our doorstep mostly assembled, the dining table required some assembly.

We have had this product for less than 2 years, spent $2500 on the sectional sofa with two chairs and the set is already destroyed due to extremely poor construction. The plastic is breaking all over the chairs and ottomans and is impossible to repair. I am so upset we saved up to buy this gorgeous outdoor furniture only to have it fall apart on us so quickly. I will be looking into a replacement product through RST... wish me luck. But please be warned--as beautiful as this furniture is, it's not worth the money.

I like the RST 8 piece wicker patio set very much and hope that it holds up well. However, the set was supposed to arrive ASSEMBLED (as per the Home Depot listing) and did not. I had to waste several hours of my time getting the problem rectified, although I finally reached a customer service rep who knew what she was doing. I wound up hiring a local handyman to assemble it and Home Depot reimbursed me.

The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. I was searching for an aluminum set for my enclosed patio, which is now my favorite room.

the fabric on this furniture was rough and uncomfortable. we arranged for return - it did not fit well on our porch.

Love this set. It was easy to assemble.

So far very pleased at what looks like a quality product. Cushions are sturdy and with zippered covers. And Home Depot is the right company to buy it from. They really do care about having a happy customer after the sale is over.

This set seems very nice. It seems like good quality and looks like the picture very accurately. IT was also very easy to assemble. I paid extra for the assembly company who has had the absolutely worst customer service. I ended up having to just assemble myself. HD did refund the cost though.

It looks good. Seems a little light weight. We will use this on a climate controlled inside porch so hopefully it will last and we won’t have the issues some of the other reviewers have mentioned of the weave coming apart. Stay tuned.

Our set just got delivered (a week ahead of schedule) but so far we love it. Very high quality and very pretty. The Spa Blue color is a bit more green that I it appears online.

The patio furniture was beautiful and met all our expectations. I was just what we needed to finish off the space. Seems very sturdy. I’m glad we made this choice.

The furniture is very nice. I wanted to swap the club chairs for rocking chairs and could not do that. That is the only problem I had. Pieces should be interchangeable.

RST exceeded my expectations! The quality is excellent and it looks very expensive! It is the perfect conversation setting for my screened in porch at the beach!

I have purchased this wicker couch after a year the wicker has completely broken apart to the point it cannot be used. Do not purchase

Cannes grey outdoor wicker sectional is beautiful but horrible quality and structure. Each piece of our sectional the wicker has broken apart after only 2 summers even with storing inside for the winter months. Called manufacturer and not willing to assist us or answer emails.

Not even a year old yet and the plastic webbing (made to look like wicker) is snapping apart on the two chairs. On one chair it is snapping along the top, on the other along the arm. No children have picked at it and no dogs have chewed on it. I live in a moderate climate (Houston) and the furniture is outside year round. The set is comfortable but I am unhappy that, for the money I spent on this, it looks horrible and I see no way to repair the webbing. I went to Home Depot to see if the chairs could be returned but was told since I bought it online, they could not help. Big disappointment.
