Pressure washer (so far) works great. Used it for about 10 hours. Light and portable. Perfect for sidewalk, driveway, and patio. Great on patio furniture too. The surface cleaner isn’t what I thought. Leaves swirl marks if you move it too fast. I wouldn’t buy it again. I would go would’ve liked to go with the power broom instead. Overall, happy with the purchase. Would’ve given 5 stars if it was the pressure washer alone.

Do not buy... junk pressure washer.
Used for less than 8 hours and the unit now needs serviced as the pump will no longer build any pressure. Now I will have to try to process service and see how that goes. I will update later based on my customer service experience.
The unit, when working, is mediocre. Bad engineering and design choices, especially in the hose/electrical/water source placement on the unit. I spend more time untangling a mess of cords and hoses than washing. And the high pressure hose is very hard to manage.

Very happy with the performance. I normally use a 3200, gas. Not saying 1800 works for everything but very happy with it. I don't miss the loud noise, gas smell, having to go n buy gas...

My Ryobi came with a kinked/damaged hose. The handle also stopped working correctly after a day of use. Big disappointment.

The Ryobi pressure washer was fantastic! Perfect pressure and easy to hook up the water hose. The surface cleaner not so much. I’ve had it for two weeks.

Nice power but turbo tip is worthless. Surface cleaner is strong enough to clean a dirty driveway.

Disappointing life, mediocre performance
You get what you pay for - this one's a cheap build at a cheap price.
Just two years of occasional use and the pump / motor are already behaving abnormally. No idea if warranty coverage is available or the cost to repair. QuickConnect is a struggle. Attaching and detaching the high pressure hose is a struggle. The surface cleaner is a pointless device.

The machine is easy to hook up. Bought it mainly for the turbo nozzle to do some heavy sidewalk cleaning. Turbo nozzle works better than most and was completely satisfied until it stops rotating after 20-30 min of use. Cleaning and oiling it revives it for another 20-30 min. 15 degree nozzle is sufficient for regular cleaning but 45 degree one is really no different than regular hose nozzle.

I have only had the pressure washer about 2 months. I like the size, the portability and It cleaned my patio in short order. However, the second time I used it the nozzle is not working correctly - thus the low rating.

Nice and compact. The surface cleaner could be a little better but for the price it’s a good combo purchase. Definitely good enough for smaller projects around the home.

Surface cleaner and dirt blaster junk
The power washer works fine but the Surface cleaner stopped after using it 2 times not finishing my driveway this year. The turbo or dirt blaster stopped spinning too. Have not been used much. Used it yesterday and today it has stopped spinning. These 2 parts are cheap and not worth the money. Going to look for something else. I have not had them a year yet. Sell this one and go back to Karcher witch I have had for 15 years it still works but the pressure is not as strong as it use to be.

This pressure washer punches above its price tag. I would consider it a must for any DIY’er, it took care of pavers, dirty impact windows and thanks to an extension hose, a dirty roof. Setup is simple and the overall design with the handle and wheels makes it a breeze to transport from one area to another.
